In my opinion it's our Usagi who made the worst choices possible during all the fights and slowly lost everyone around her and didn't stop at her eternal form. So Sailor Cosmos is a worst case scenerio but the ending we see for Usagi becoming NQS and living happily ever after is the best case scenerio.
I can't stop watching ... U timed her transformation sequence perfectly with the song especially the part where the silhouette flashes into sailor cosmos personal I would have loved more effect like some type of light or a more embracing look when her serafuku appeared on her body but other than that I can't stop watching

You're correct. Even though it was never confirmed that Moon and Cosmos were the same person, there's evidence to suggest that they are the same person that is hard to ignore or disprove. Chibi Chibi being one such example.
This is so much better than crystal first season transformations! I like crystal art style, I even made a Sailor Cosmos Crystal version, but the transformations were meh
You aren't wrong about Cosmos and Usagi being the same person. But Chibi Chibi is a different being altogether. She's an avatar. If all 3 were the same person, it would have created a time paradox.
Just an advice, in your animation keep Sailor`s silhouette and only shows her rings and shoes, keep in mind that in the Anime transformations the clothes reveals step by step. First the top side, then the skirt or the boots, and so... Add something like that and it will be identical. Ah, and blur a very little bit the lines, they seems to hard. Great animation!
Naoko Takeuchi confirmed that Sailor Cosmos is in fact a future incarnation of Sailor Moon. Personally I didn't find it complex at all, the manga explains it very well.
Depends on if you're referencing the manga or anime. Naoko Takeuchi, the creator, has even confirmed that Cosmos is the future/ultimate form of sailor moon.... who fled to the past as ChibiChibi. But the anime adaptation made ChibiChibi Galaxia's star seed and Cosmos wasn't in it.
