Gotta say, I’m amazed with Bi Han’s physical look after the beginning of the movie, his eyes just look so.....devilish. I have a fan theory about this Subzero that I think others will probably come to agree with, it’s that the Subzero we see in this movie ISN’T the real Bi Han. Let me explain, Bi Han wouldn’t just outright kill Hanzo and his family, unless it was Quan Chi who took his form and made it look like the Lin Kuei and Bi Han are involved. Though this makes me question why Quan Chi would still have the form even after almost 400 years since Hanzo died as a human. I’d like to hear what everyone else thinks

I do agree with that but at the same time, Sub-zero is an assassin for Shang Tsung the entire movie so he could've been hired by Quan Chi to kill Hanzo.
