being an arch user counts as cool to me. Especially the fact that i took the rough, hard MANUAL installation route 😂😂it's not that hard if you get the hang of it (and have immense terminal knowledge)
@@ArkboiX how much time do you spend in setting up things and how much time do u spend in comparison of actual doing something on it as a tool excluding browsing (for instance gaming or work) ?
@@faustus8315 well it takes me like 5 minutes? to set this up, most of the time i have a browser window, 2-5 terminals open i don't really game i play xonotic sometimes, most of the time it's just doing stuff in the terminal or reading interesting things in the browser. im really a lot of linus torvalds behaviour. And yeah i use this setup for life in that distro, maybe i switch over to hyprland sometimes and come back to kde, like hyprland for a hour or so, if i switch distros i'll have a different setup and that's it really
@@ArkboiX ah ok i see. I only use the terminal if i‘m really forced to do it or for easy commands but not for installing an OS. I‘m also happy when my OS just works without switching which exhausts me. I was asking because people say that Arch is easy too break & I don‘t have the passion to set up an entire system. Thanks for your little inside :) As a video idea, you can eventually consider a tutorial about actually working with Linux (Arch). This is actually the stuff which is harder to find. Or some terminal prompts in case of known errors 😇
I use arch BTW
are you moving over from fedora permanently or was this just for the video
idk man.. i'm just trying it out. We'll see...
also this is my personal like- setup so not really for a video but i'm dropping a video related to arch very soon
@@ArkboiX after you trolled on the arch discord lol, im not so sure about that MR Arkboi, hope you enjoyed the railgun ;)
@@Luna_Midori5 HEY YOURE HERE !!
Pretty clean good work
Glad you like it
Bro, your desktop and my one are very similar! (And I use Arch Linux too , not like Endevaur, just Arch Linux, *BTW* ) 🐧🐧
That's cool!
After all passed years I learnt to use KDE as vanilla.
No theming, no icon bloating.
Do whatever you want man. As long as it's okay for you
he uses arch btw
did i mention i use arch btw?
everybody showing off with their smooth desktop even though that doesn't count anything in the linux world

@@faustus8315 yeah, arch is the kinda distro that needs some tinkering around to work with, the thing is, that tinkering around is the fun part
