Yeah! Canes uses the white meat from the chicken tender breasts. I think it tastes really good with dark meat! Should’ve done this sooner cuz it’s delish!
Dark meat chicken. Also, bone marrow can seep out into the meat which causes it to be that color. Doesn’t change the taste of the chicken. Happens all the time with frozen chicken or young chicken bones.
