Mixed feelings about this track. It doesn’t have any of the recognizable motifs from gravity lord or gravity lord rise, it doesn’t even open with that iconic choir anymore. It’s an extremely good piece of music, as maple music always is, but it doesn’t feel like Lotus.
It sounds like it doesn’t have motifs from phase 2 and 3(gravity lord/gravity lord rise), but it does sound like it shares motifs with gravity core from phase 1 at the very start
ㄹㅇ 1페는 몰라도 2페 3페는 스우랑 전혀 안어울림 보스중엔 세렌에 어울릴듯한 브금이고 기존 3페 초반부가 천장 날아가고 고속비행하는 블랙 헤븐안에서 아슬아슬하게 전깃줄이나 분쇄기 그리고 보라구체피하는 모습이 머릿속에 자동으로 그려지고 위엄있는 어둠정령 출신인 군단장느낌이 브금에 잘 녹아있다고 생각함
Ironically people here also agree phase 2 is much better than 3. Twist with adding a metal guitar sound is already a precedented blase and the twist itself is so monotone, doesn’t give any goosebump.
no one specifically said phase 2 was better theres literally like 4 comments RUclips says 8 but 4 of them are replies and I think 3/8 of all replies/comments are from me right now but at the moment of your post there were like 6 comment/replies which you projected your opinion of “People here also agree phase 2 was much better” xd

@@cocoearmuffs6207 I am one of those that thing the new phase 2 bmg is better than phase 3's. Maybe its because I am an AoT fan and I can't help but feel phase 2 is inspired by some of Hiroyuki Sawano's work. Phase 3 is good but its notthing special. Gravity core and Gravity Lord Raise are simply much better.
@@Baykko understandable but at the moment I was replying to OC I was pointing out how he was speaking for everyone here by saying "everyone here also agree" despite there being no comments mentioning about phase 2 vs 3(at the time the comment was made). I personally like phase 1 and 2 better but what I didn't like was how OC was speaking for others like for an example if he were a day earlier with his comment he would be saying everyone agrees with him despite no one commenting yet ofc what really happened was no one with the same opinion as him commented yet(until you) and I also prefer Gravity Lord Rise more than this. context: OC makes a claim that's baseless here and decides to reply back as rudely as he could then deletes it when he could've just been normal and responded like you. TL;DR: pointing how baseless his claim was(at the time).

Too slow and too short without recognisable motifs. Gravity Lord Rise is still the better BGM for Lotus.
