@PogiBalut1 - i have to disagree with your comment. i think manny knows what its like to struggle, and i think he thinks by becoming a member of congress he could do his part to help his fellow filipinos. Im sure he knows theres corruption but you cant hate on him because he wants to make a change in his country. With all that money he has made he could have easily taken his money & left the philippines, but he choses to stay & make a difference. Sorry but you shouldnt hate on that.
