so i am truck driver i and i suspect some of the companies i worked for might of done this. they misrepresent everything. i need advise on how to catch them or prosecute them. it's ltl trucking. where few companies control the market trade within itself. then they just misrepresent like everything. the miles i haul is misrepresented. the paychecks are convoluted mess, etc etc etc. having workers work of the clock, or methods of payment that is not on the books, etc etc. they also seeming violate antitrust law and use trade secret law as an obstruction of justice or obstruction of trading practices to be monitored by using trade secret law. and the ones who lobbied for trade secret law were the ones who were working for these companies. laundered enough money to have more power than the politicians and to influence politics and law making. etc.
