Well, file this recipe under “Wasp Noodle Drum.” An Italian chef would never use squash of any ilk in baked pasta, and please don’t say “noodles” anywhere within a thousand miles of Italian cuisine.

This dish is a beautiful dish, but I'm going to stick with the original on this one.

Lets put the things straight: in Italy is called "timballo", timpano is a part of a ear, or a part of the drums set in an orchestra. Broccoli or carrots, never go with any kind of pasta

Unless it's for religious reasons, rearranging the pasta to face a certain direction is a whole lot of crazy. Nobody is going to notice it.

Not comfortable accepting a timpano recipe from someone named “Melissa Clark”. Similarly not comfortable with a menudo recipe from Joel Silverstein.

That looks unappealing. I'd rather have the one made by Tasty.

It's important to note that Clark continues to collaborate with the racist celebrity chef Paula Deen. One can only surmise that Clark may share Deen's bigotry, and should you have a conscience, kindly boycott Clark's videos and articles.

So we should judge Melissa based off of the actions of Paula Deen? And then attempt to ruin her career because of an assumption she is racist purely because she knows a person who is a biggot? This is why social justice is a sham and belittles actual justice. Im going to go buy a copy of Melissa Clark's cookbook just to spite you sir.

So a person is a racist because she works with someone racist? That's... makes no sense whatsoever. A guy at my work is vegan - does working with him make me one?
