I wasn't surprised at the result after reading the lineup, judging from the ages of Casemiro, Jonny Evans and Christian Erikson put together. There was no way they were going to have any impact on the game. Right from when Casemiro started playing at CB we lost the plot. I don't have any hope for the remaining games either. This season has been a total disaster.

I am amazed that Ratcliffe, having got rid of every senior exec quite ruthlessly has erred about ridding us of Ten Hag who has obviously failed. It seems pointless to say that we should wait to see if we win the cup as some do, we need to start re-building now and maybe players that knew the future was up for grabs, given a better plan to work to, might start to perform to their potential.
