I have lyme disease too. I feel like my life is over. I will never be the same. For Shania the disease took her voice for years due to the nerve destruction. She is fighting it. She is my hero.

Hope you're doing better now! I had undiagnosed Lyme/STARI for years despite the classic signs! Much later they found a congenital problem causing lifelong issues, and I have a progressive neurological condition and am in a wheelchair with limited abilities, yet NOTHING now feels like the dark hole of the worst, long experience with Lyme! The Dr Buhner Protocol, a BioMat and especially Ivermectin (yes, but carefully) years back got me back on feet. I do believe all those years with spirochetes eating my collagenous tissue have played an enormous role in my current debilitation, and my heart breaks for all those untreated! I write an this even if it helps 1 person. Best to you in your healing! ❤️🙏💞

Glad she dumped both of them and healed with the help of her new Husband who was also dealing with the same Pain & Shock since her Best Friend was his Wife who cheated with Shania's husband. Shania came out the Winner in all of it. Still Successful, Beautiful and doing Shows, Concerts & Tours.

To all musicians, especially vocalists, Shania has the most unique set of pipes. The sound she makes as she sings is gorgeous, defying all description.
She has a beautiful, natural harmonic resonance in her tone that is, as you say...very unique. At the risk of sounding sexist - it's a warm, feminine sound that's just enjoyable to the ears.

Me too!!! A paralyzed vocal cord. I sang before. After surgery I sounded like Mickey Mouse for about 18 months. It was AWFUL! Had surgery to correct that. I can sing now but no where near like I once did.

My father was in the military and was ground crew with the Snowbirds! He was in the military for 38 yrs in total we moved alot! Last year I contacted covid,pneumonia, and had a heart attack! I was on life-support and they were going to unplug me on the fourth day! My youngest son wouldn't let them! He said you don't know my mom and what she survived! I know she hears me and knows I'm here! He told 5 doctors no! He said I know,I feel her spirit still. It's not wishfull thinking and denial I know! My son saved my life,literally!! I heard Shanias songs!! It ķept me going,I never told anyone about the songs,not even my son! I'm struggling I'll be 63 in May a year from my situation and I deal with arthritis,can't walk barely, stay indoors mostly ,pain x10 daily! I'm looking forward to your new music so much! I just have a tablet to use no phone and I'm learning again to use it as I forgot! Everything else I remember an can do but my music!!!??? Your a wonderful kind,intelligent lady!
