Send them private messages highlighting your issue on thier Facebook page. Don't stop until they reply you. Also, comment on thier recent posts highlighting your issue. Disturb them like that. But be polite.
Wait... before you send them messages on FB, try clicking the ACCESS TAB, fill the form appropriately and correctly, then proceed by clicking the ACCESS CERTIFICATE button at the bottom.

@@kingsoanya5341 my bro. There's no way oo. Date of Birth info is compulsory and must tally with the one you used in registering the said WAEC. Just try and look for your old documents. You might stumble on any paper that has info on the said WAEC.

They don't ask you for D.O.B on the WAEC digital certificate portal... most important are your names, exam number, exam year, exam type, NIN or BVN
