Every time I see "Ame:" in the comments I always start reading the next part as Ame would actually speak, and I do it unconsciously and automatically. It's always funny. Really sad that she's retiring, but still a little happy because we all know we'll see her again sometime in the future

The last few days kiara been talking a lot about the OG managers. Originally it was Calli's(J-chad), Ina(EnMa) and JenMa(Kiara, Gura,Ame). EnMa left in 2021 JenMa had all of Myth besides Calli.
HenMa came in and was Paired with Ame and Mumei, and He has worked with Ame ever since. Kiara has also worked with him when doing 3D stuff along with Ame, and talked to him a bit after Breaking Dimensions.
HENMA LORE? Also, I didnt know there was an EnMa nor did i know that they left

Back then when she single-handedly set up a mocap studio, allowing Myth to acquire their very own first 3D stream before Hololive could finalize their 3D setup for them, Yagoo must've realized he'd hired the most overqualified beast of all.

Ame is a WildCard in terms of Persona logic.
Yahgoo has commented on Ame's ability a few times over the years, and has said she was a big reason for expanding the staff and management support for EN. Kiara and Ame have been used for training newer EN staff, and managers do to all the Projects they do plus the challenge of being over sea's. Ame especially so.

This is why everyone guessed she took a staff role within Cover after the vague not really a graduation announcement. It would be an environment she thrives in.
I think Cover has become too big and structured for Ame. She's happiest with a problem to solve, a box of scraps and a small team to work with. Great personality for startups and special projects!
@@TheStephaneAdam That could be the beginning of an ongoing problem with older talents in Hololive now that I think about it originally hololive was more "let's just stream" and occasionally do "big projects" now its "Big projects" and occasionally "Lets stream". Thats what many speculate is the main reason why aqua left.
@@brandonhowell5096 Note that it goes both ways. For Aqua and Ame Cover was getting too big but Calliope for example is thriving in this larger environment with it's improved reach. Also perfect for Gura, who's extremely talented but seems to need more support behind her.
At the end of the day it's just life. Things change. It's already amazing how few HoloEN people leave.

Ame handling chaos reminds me of that one episode of Scrubs. Elliot gives JD some advice on how to manage giving solutions to multiple problems at once, and by the end of the episode, he learns how to do exactly that.
Ame has the makings of a really talented live tv producer if she ever wants to branch out and get a job in that or even do jobs doing something similar for live events on livestreams (hands up if you know what that actually is, no its not the person listed as "executive producer")

I think I get it now. Ame's level of talent especially on this creative IT stuff could be use for more broad and wide scale. I think she's really gonna build Watson Industries IRL and that's why she can't continue as Hololive streamer anymore.
My take on her stepping away is that she can't pursue the creative ideals she wants to while being a talent or because of it. Which lines up with what you're thinking here
She's always been very hands on behind the scenes in pretty much anything Myth has done. Plus pioneering several aspects many Vtubers use to this day.
This is just speculation on my part with no real evidence though.
Although she did mention in her chatting stream today that she accomplished all of her debut goals so...
