I explore this 1,949 sqft abandoned house with a serene view in the backyard which will all just be a distant memory soon as it will likely soon be demolished to make way for new development.
The previous owner passed away unexpectedly in this house at the young age of 49. He owned a property management company, the name of which was displayed on the many business cards and sign left behind here. He owned and operated this business for 10 years.
The owners that lived there previous to that in 2014 requested an amendment to the city for a zone change to add to the property value. The area is surrounded by industry, so their request was granted. There are a few other neighbouring houses which were all rezoned and now abandoned ready for redevelopment. I explored those as well which you will see on this channel.
I discovered urbex thanks to your videos in 2012! I can only say thank you!
me too!
That is awesome!
It's sad to see these houses left abandoned. It looks like it's still salvageable.
Nice video. I'm sure a family could have been happy in this house. I could see a Christmas tree in front of the windows in the one room. What a view they had off their back deck. Now, it's going to be ruined by a bunch of houses or condos that all look alike.
I have enjoyed the recent videos that you have posted. It's great that you are active again and bringing us along for the journey. Thank you and stay safe!
Glad you like them!
FYI, those baths are for either elderly people or people with reduced mobility. They allow you to get inside by opening the front of it. You close it once you're inside and it's watertight just like a regular bath. Notice the handrail inside the bath.
I think that was a walk-in jetted tub.
I am just amazed that these homes were sold or abandoned, they look as if they could still be recovered! Such a shame they were bought only to be demolished for future development. I don't call this progress. I call it a waste of resources. Thanks for sharing with us!
I would love to have and restore that house and property! I love those living room curtains too!
Those curtains are gorgeous. 😊
I hope someone saves the curtains!
Shame that such a once beautiful house will be demolished soon. Awesome find and thanks for this documentation that will become a historic document at some point in the future.
Nice looking home. Sad to see it not used anymore.
Yet another great explore nice layout and that back deck must have been so serine sitting there thanks for taking us along good to see you back exploring again :-)
What a pleasant place to have lived. The stairs look pretty off putting with no handrails. Thank you for sharing 😊
I agree ...as I get older, the idea of a staircase without handrails is scary !
Thanks for bringing us along on another adventure.
Stay safe out there, and take it easy.
Tiki! Wonderful to see you again, and thank you for sharing this video - excellent as usual.
Thanks again!
Clicked so fast off of what I was watching once I received your notification
I do like her explores, too.
@@williebeamish5879 I remember the name Willie Beamish from when I was a kid, what is it's origin?
Great find. Nice to see that so much has been salvaged.
What a beauty this house must have been in it's prime. Love arched doorways!
Great find Tiki ..That being said I felt better outdoors with all the shrubs .Far away from emergency services and not a great place to be on your own .This lacked a happy aura in my eyes .Terrific filming . Like 162..
I love the back deck with all the privacy. Great explore!
Thank you!
Sad that the owner passed at 49. That’s how old I am!! 😮 hopefully I have many more years. :)
@elemental_fractal sorry to hear dear. :(.
Nice one Pam. Looked kinda scary when you were walking past the stairs with no railing. Looks like it was a nice place at one time. Too bad they are destroying the farmland.
Thanks for another great find out in the boonies. So nice to have you back exploring.
Wow that was once a pretty nice house.
Oh my Gosh, are you back ? We’re have you been ? I’ve missed you !

This house is so beautyfil.
It reminds me on the houses you showed us from the Pastor in Canada..
i cant rememebr which video but its long ago made.
The Ceiling in the livingroom and the masters bedroom are the highlights, but also the big space behind the citchen and to the terasse.
Must have been a nice plce in his days.
Can’t wait to hear if someone knows that particular bathtub.
It's a walk in bath tub for people with disabilities.
@@SailorMoonFan92- I didn’t notice the “door” at first but see it now. Thanks.
Have been missing you! One of my fav ppl

Looked like it was a really nice house and love the views.

What a beautiful home. If I had a yard like that I wouldn't have to look at my nutty neighbors.🤣

Tiki, thanks for another great video.... Best on the Internet... The view from the back yard. Awesome 👍
Aww, thanks! You’re the best!
Wow, this was a beautiful house, many neat features. Thanks Tiki just love your tours, so glad you're back. Take care.
Thank you! 🤗
That was a really nice looking house at one time. I believe the tower with the house. Also, at one time had a shortwave radio. The unusual tub. Is a walk-in bath tub. For someone elderly or limited leg movement.
I assumed so due to the handle in the tub. I’ve just never come across one like that before. Very interesting design.
@@TikiTrex You can get one put in. There is a company that sells them to this day.
Awesome house.☺️👍
It’s so nice to see you back!!
Thank you!
Hey Miss Tiki…Very nice home…Too bad it will soon be gone…Thought the basement was a bit creepy…I couldn’t wait for you to leave the basement.
Sad it seems like such a solid house
cheers been watching for years
Your channel was the last one I was expecting to see today....i see im still subbed
I’m not sure if this is a good or bad thing lol. I’ve actually uploaded 4 other new videos in the past month.
A nice home at one time, enjoyed the video...
Glad you enjoyed it!
Homes used to have so much character and craftsmanship.
Very cool.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Hello Tiki...thanks for another video 😊❤
Hello 😊 Thanks for watching!
Nice explore, thank you for sharing with us :)
Glad you enjoyed it! :)
Nice place! Too bad the developers can't move these places ...seems such a waste
Hello from Ontario Canada I just subbed too your channel great video very beautiful home with beautiful architecture especially that old wood paneling .
Hello snd welcome! Thanks for subbing!
@@TikiTrex Thank you and you are welcome .
The urbex queen has returned
Developers are a huge pain in the posterior. The developers in your area there want to plant as many dwelling in there as they can...with postage stamp yards (or no yards at all) and
nearly zero privacy. I live out in the weeds and timber. and love it. But I could stand to live in that house because nobody can see in easily. Wait until you see what the developers do
to the place where this house once stood. Wish you could come back there and film what the idiots built. Enough out of me🙃. Thanks for the walk through, Pam. I appreciate you.
I appreciate you and your always kind comments. I’ll be sure to check the location often and update the video description with what transpires here.
@@TikiTrex 💗
😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤ Yessssss Tiki!!!!
Lots of flies? 😵 Glad there was no surprise...
That was a really nice houses it sickening to see housecleft to rott when so many people have no wear to live ! 😮😢
was a nice home
sad to see houses like that getting torn down, probably going to put up apartments or cheap made houses as far as the eye can see. nice to see you again though.💘
that kind of deep bathtub is for older folks who might have mobility issues and find it difficult to step into a regular tub or shower
enjoyed
Glad to hear!
Yay
salvage as much as possible, don't need that stuff to go into the landfill
Though out of date those window treatments were custom made. I get the feeling the owners weren’t “put” out rather they were made an offer they couldn’t refuse.
I think so, too.
Why do people have to come in and vandalize abandoned houses? :( Would love to explore abandon houses. I'm a chicken to. I know how dangerous this can be. Why I watch your channel, Bro of Decay, Explore with Josh. :)
i need that tower
TIKI PLEAS BUY THAT HOUSE = ITS STILL GOOD TO GO = I'LL TAKE THE CURTAINS =
❤
I saw a foot and leg maybe in that dark spot.
This house seems so poorly designed, very chaotic layout and odd shaped rooms.
Maybe so but it was a house and it served the purpose of shelter for any of the residents that ever lived there
Those things are what make it so unique and interesting.
