Hutchinson played really well in this Ipswich team, I don't think if he'd be this good if he stayed at Chelsea. Hopefully he retained his great form back to Chelsea. Also solid performance by Bagott despite his sluggish first 20 minutes
I doubt he'll ever get a true shot at Chelsea. Their model now is to profit off of young players and sell them high as soon as they start to look good. Just this transfer window they were desperately trying to get Maatsen to leave on the last day (Burnley bid for him but he didn't want to go back there and refused to leave) and were hoping someone would take Gallagher. If it wasn't for Badiashile, Chalobah and Fofana's injuries they would've sold Chalobah and Colwill as well. Broja for sure would've gone as well if he wasn't injured. Sold Loftus-Cheek, Hudson-Odoi and Mount as well.
