How to get there? From Sabang Baler, straight ahead to Baler casiguran road, It will take approx 2 hours to get there. Expect zigzag road and mountainous views. I would say its ideal to any type of car as long its in good condition.
On your way to Bulawan Falls you will surely be amazed with stunning mountainous views, lush green forest, trees. Once you reach the highest point, you will have vantage view of the Dinadiawan white beach.The views is insane:)

No foreigners allowed, do to one being kidnapped there last year.
Sucks because that's where my wife's family is from. And spent a lot of time at the falls.
