Really bad beat in online poker

The person I faced off against in this hand had been bluffing for a while. In this hand I knew he missed the flop. I raised all in to try and chase him out the hand. Plus, I was convinced my opponent was bluffing and was willing to call with two high face cards. As expect my opponent was bluffing, he had high card jack up until the turn. On the river we both hit a queen, but the opponent makes a straight. I exit the tournament. I felt this was an excellent read and call by me, quickly followed by a very bad beat.
