I still remember the first time I smelled Cloud. I am a teacher & it was in the library - a student had it on - I hunted her down and said WHAT IS THAT - she told me and I bought a bottle the same day. I had never smelled any of the Baccarat DNA variations etc. etc. before so I’d never smelled that ozonic, unique smell. I wore it all fall that year and now when I smell it, it takes me back to cool weather and jackets and holidays.

All the perfume formulations from the 90s o wish i could relive. I wish i bought all them b4 they were banned, removed for good and reformulated by the FDA regulations. Women in their 40s know what im talking about. If u know ,u know. We saw a major& forever change in perfumes after 2001. Perfumes will never be the same after this. A change for the worse in density & performance
I’m 59 and in the 90’s Tresor by Lancome was the girl . I wish I could go back to that again. I would get the gift set every Christmas because it would come with the body cream which was over $60.00 and that was so expensive for a body cream to me . That body cream was so fragrant it could stand alone. I don’t wear it now but I still have a bottle in my collection 🩵✨
My mama wears Trésor every single day 🥹🫶🏽🫶🏽

I have to say ..BR540 is the one I wish I could first sniff for the first time again. It was so polarizing....unlike anything I'd ever smelled before. It completely changed my ideas about perfumery. It made me look at perfumery as an art form.😊

Take me back to when I use to order my perfume from Avon. My signature scent was Far Away Eau de Parfum and I can smell it now and my crimped ponytail😭. Good times for sure!! The first time I smelled Blanche Bete I immediately fell in love and the smile on face when I initially smelled it😊. I know there’s dupes of it and so far no one has Matched it in my opinion. The Dua Brand tried at it, but it’s not it. Every time I wear it, it makes me smile because it was given to me as a gift for Christmas😍..Smelling good makes me feel good mentally. Good video😉

This tag makes perfect sense! For me it’s Lacoste for Women (silver top, not the pink one). It reminds me of going out in the summer in the early 2010s. And Tonka Bodykon by Pierre Guillaume, it’s just so amazing I wish it lasted longer though

It makes perfect sense, Vania! For me, the perfumes I wish I could smell for the first time are ones from my youth; Dior Poison (the original edp, from the 80's-yes, I'm that old 😂), Cabotine de Gres (Early 90's) and Guerlain Samsara (original formulation, early 90's).
Oh that’s a great take! I wish I could smell Tribe for the first time. Had a bottle of it when I was young and can no longer remember the details, but I know I loved it 😊
I love that you got to experience these perfumes when they first came out and not the reformulated versions. I started my fragrance journey later in life so I missed out on a lot of the OG's 😂😂

Flowerbomb Nectar blew me away! I remember going to Bloomingdale to finally try the OG Flowerbomb and the SA gave me Nectar! LAWD!! WAYYY BETTER THAN THE OG. It's so underrated. I have a back up bottle of it.

I would give a LIMB to go back in time & smell Alien Goddess again for the first time 😭😭🤤🤤🤤 it was like maybe January or February of 2022 & my boyfriend and I were in Ulta smelling all the things. I spray Alien Goddess on my coat sleeve & my eyes instantly got so wide & my jaw DROPPED down to the floor!! I had never smelled something so good in my LIFE! && don't get me wrong Coco Mademoiselle is a top tier absolute banger of mine, she requires no layering & no introduction. But Alien Goddess is my BABYYYYY. ironically enough, she wasn't my first run in with a Muegler perfume. The 1st design perfume I ever owned in my life, was Angel. My stepmom bought it for me when i was in high school. I just remember feeling so grown up wearing that to school 😅 but my stepmom passed away last year, so Angel is definitely like a bittersweet core memory for me. & it's not lost on me that my NOW absolute hands down favorite is also a Muegler perfume...it feels like stepmom is always with me when I wear it 🕊🫶🏽

I love this idea! For me I wish I could go back to experience Tom Ford Oud Wood (holds a special place in my heart), BR540, and Delina for the first time. I will forever have these 3 in my collection bc they each played an integral role in my LOVE for fragrance today.

For me it will be MFK BR540, I was totally blown away, but I didn’t like it, I couldn’t appreciate what my nose was smelling. If I could smell it for the first time again I would take the time to understand it and relish in the olfactory overload rather than dismissing it so quickly.
Now that's a whole video by itself. Perfumes I didn't appreciate at first but I love now. I think MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold would be on that list for me!
For me, it is definitely MFK 540 because I was so excited to try it and I ordered it from Paris. Great tag.

This is such a fun tag, and it totally makes sense! In the designer category it would be Vera Wang Princess which became my immediate signature back in the day, and then one of the first niche perfumes I ever blind bought was Ex Idolo Love & Crime which totally blew my mind that perfume could smell gourmand like that.
Ex Idolo Love & Crime...ive heard of this before but I've never smelled. I may need to see if I can get a decant of that.

Honestly I don't think I've smelled any of the alien goddess flankers. I love the OG so much I never any give the other ones a fair share. Let me broaden my horizons 😂

I smelled Ocean Di Gioia for the first time and almost fell on my head in ulta it was so delicious 😂. Definitely wish I could smell it and the original Good Girl by CH again for the first time.

The first time I smelled Tiffany on my oldest sister. She looked pretty and she smelled pretty. 😊 She was even prettier when she got me my first bottle of Tiffany so I could stay out of hers. 😂

I'm a simple girl, there are several perfumes but a body spray sticks out to me. I loved Warm Vanilla Sugar from bath and body works the 1st time I smelled it. 💗at 1st sniff.
Especially the older formula of warm vanilla sugar! It was good!! And that's coming from a non-vanilla lover! 😂😂

Unrelated question I haven’t seen as we’re in your vids: do perfume oils go off? I’ve had a few bottles of perfume for 30 years now and they still smell the same as always; I’m worried to get my perfume oil collection too big (I’m OBSESSED) and have them turn in a couple of years, I’d be devastated! How long have you had an oil last so far and do you have insight to older-than-you oils?
I've had some of my perfume oils for over 5 years easily. And they haven't turned at all. I had one from one specific company that I thought was turning on me but I took it out the bathroom and came back to it a couple days later and it was fine. Other than that I've never had a problem with oil turning as of yet.
You didn't say good or bad...Valentino born in roma the OG was not as great as I thought it would be. It made me mad 😅 when I smelled it. It's ok but not the wow factor I was hoping for.
