I wasn't sure if you were aware, but those super skinny trim cuts that you did, you can buy those by the roll. Search for model car pin striping, or pin striping for fingernail art. There's soooooo many different colors!!! Check Amazon.
Excellent notion! Back in the 80s all my guy friends were applying their own pinstriping to their cars. I’m almost embarrassed that I didn’t think it as much as I helped 😆

It isn't available for purchase anymore, but some folks use a tooth brush and it works great
Cricut users: I found it better to use Inkscape and have nice clean lines on the tails for the offset instead of Cricut Design Space.

What do you mean when you mention using quick coat to keep those strips from lifting off when you add the epoxy?
Because the lines are metallic, they have a tendency to lift when the acrylic is applied. You can also use polycrylic found in the stain section of your local hardware store & Amazon.
