wrote the AWS AI practitioner exam today and failed 😔, my practice exams and the way they asked the questions in the exam was way different. It was not difficult its just the way the questions was structured. Anyway, I will retake the exam in two weeks and prepare better now that i know how they ask the questions.

You should look into AWS Skillbuilder, they have a lot of free courses and some really good paid courses that include badges, labs, practice exams, etc
So, the aws machine learning engineer is really the one to go since you will learn to integrate AI practically?
Yes, but remember certs are just theory, only way to learn practical is by taking the theory and applying it to projects and customer problems
