How to make lemon curd | Delicious lemon custard

You will need just a few ingredients to make this delicious and easy lemon curd recipe for your desserts!
🥘Ingredients:
lemons - 2
sugar - 150 g
cornstarch - 1 tbsp full
eggs - 2
butter - 50 g
salt - a pinch
📝Instructions:
Mix 1 lemon zest and sugar. Set aside for 30 minutes
In a saucepan whisk 2 lemons juice (100 ml), sugar+zest, salt, cornstarch and eggs
On medium heat bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly
Cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes until thickened stirring constantly
Remove from the heat and strain (optional)
Add butter and continue stirring until it melted
let it cool down
If you are not going to use it immediately, cover it with plastic wrap
