So many places to built a house insread she choose above the water .What if there is a flash flood or a storm, both sides will erode.
Because the side is rock, not soil, it does not erode, and the water is always kept a safe distance of 2-3 m
Wire is good for fastening joints I feel you need some thicker wire for security. You need many many many many many batteries to cut BIG tree.

I had one of that mini chainsaw with all the cutting you did it’s amazing how long the battery lasts… my only last less than 15 minutes 😅😅😅😅
