- Exact overpressure separation
The Precea is separated by overpressure. The seed container and the complete metering system are provided with overpressure by the fan. The seeds are fed from a seed container to the respective singling disc, which shields the metering in an airtight manner, and is pressed against the holes. Exact separation now takes place via the following three scrapers. The grains then reach the firing channel, where the contact pressure is stopped and the grain is precisely shot into the seed furrow and stopped by the catching roller. An optical transmitter precisely monitors the separation and reports any errors or duplicates to the tractor terminal. The scraper technology can then easily be adjusted. Another expansion step is the electrical and fully automatic scraper adjustment via SmartControl.
In the electrical drive of the overpressure separation in the Precea Super equipment variant, the individual row cut-off is also integrated, so that tramlines can be switched easily or rows can be switched off in wedges. Higher sowing rates in edge rows and tramlines can be easily adjusted from the tractor cab. In combination with the electric drive, driving speeds of up to 15 km / h are possible with the AMAZONE Precea precision seed drill.

How do you adjust the fertilizer input depth ? Fertec-twin...
Hello Ilija, there are two ways to adjust the working depth on the FerTeC-coulter.
Either on the leaf spring on the fertiliser coulter or the coupled fertiliser coulter. Both options are mechanically adjusted in depth. Best regards from AMAZONE

ich weiß nicht die Vereinzelung sieht 1 zu 1 genauso aus wie die der Väderstad. seltsam. kann ja mal passieren
Einfach mal recherchieren bevor man gescheit ist. Optisch ähnlich ja. Amazone saugt die Körner mit Vakuum an die Scheibe. Väderstadt arbeitet mit Überdruck und drückt die Körner gegen die Scheibe. Unabhängig davon, sehen so gut wie alle Einzelkorndosierer Weltweit fast gleich aus. So gut wie jede Firma hat eine sich drehende Lochscheibe. Väderstad, Horsch, Monosem, John Deere, Kernland, Pression Planting und wahrscheinlich 100 andere unbekannte Hersteller. Diese Technik ist nicht Väderstad exklusiv und sie waren auch nicht die ersten.
