- Today's anime fighters simulator video is just me rambling about how I think the afs events need to be a permanent thing because without them leveling and farming items is too difficult. What do you think about the anime fighters events?

Apart from the problems you've mentioned without the 5x events, they also have to deal with the past problems that the previous AFS team implemented while they were still working on it.
Even with the artifact cooldown reduced by *half* it still feels dreadful to change out.
They still have not given the people back trading (assuming because of the item dupers that would inflate the items).
QOL features (Auto Attack, Magnet, and Auto Passive) are locked behind a paywall, and some aren't even implemented in the game yet.
(I could be wrong here)
Once they fix these problems I predict that the player base would've likely decreased, by how much is a different question as that would depend on how fast the new studio is in reacting to the community. This game is a pioneer of a whole sub-section of simulators and even if I don't play it anymore, I'd rather see it succeed rather than for it to dwindle to mediocrity as it did last time.

I believe the QOL features will, sooner or later be implemented in the game for F2P players too enjoy, but I believe, and rightfully so, that they are just trying to generate some income before doing that.

without the events, the game kinda becomes a lot slower and underwhelming and I would love if they had a permanent 2x or 3x event, but it would still be understandable if they didn't.
They just got to buff passives and add time upgrades
The 3x event is permanent since when they removed the 5x event they added back the 3x event

i used to never play during the week i would only play on the weekend
90% of the player base left when daireb announced that they wouldn’t update the game anymore other than small updates, No one really expected that the game would return. But as soon as it was announced that the game would update a lot of the player base returned and the majority of people only had 3 weeks to catch up for the update. Even 3 weeks wasn’t enough to catch up
Its kinda unfair cuz players who took advantage of the one year gap had a whole year to max out with 5x now we are limited to weekends

3 weeks was enough for me to get to newest map from the jojo part 6 map so 3 weeks should be enough for most players im f2p to so all of the p2w people would even need that
1 day and half to get to the last map because I found out about the incubator and I now have a full team of divines, but without the 5x it's almost not possible to get a divine in 12 hours.
I remember when I started (around the bleach and jjk update) the game was very playable as a f2p/somewhat p2w. I felt like i was given time to get all the new units and prepare for the next update without events. I feel like that weekly updates without events and tbh even with these events are not possible. Theres no way we can do everything we want in a weeks time with such punishing time limits put on limit breaking machines and incubators.
Fr I started playing when the game was new there wasn't a lot of p2w expect for a few gamepasses that were cheap and some ppl actually gifted them to me but rn without the events it would-be so hard as you said the limit break takes 10 days the time that it would get out next update its gonna be outdated
Artifacts need to be reworked as well, it's just impossible for a F2P to max out 2 artifacts without the dupe machine ik they are very rewarding if u work for it but most players get like 20 fragments total per dungeon and u need basically 5000+ just to max just one artifact w max prestige
20 fragments per dungeon??? Even with the x5 drop event all f2p and even some p2p players (that don't have full double draconic) get 5-10 random fragments

as a f2p player who is struggling even with the events i dont want to experience the game without events i quit a year ago due to the grind. i am enjoying the game right now i hope they dont ruin it
I do have to admit that the events are very powerful , and that we are somewhat spoiled. The fact that someone like me who had nothing but a vip unit (fed all my units when I quit) , to full double draconics , and a dmg team with raizos and double generals is crazy. That would never happen in old afs before boosts
thats mainly because of the clone machine, when thats gone what are we gonna do? were gonna go back to opening and with 1:30 mins max open on no event normally its insanely difficult for f2p to progress

It is really a pain, not just for f2p players but also casual players who are spending some money but arent playing that much. I mean just to level up a relic it takes soooo much and now that we dont even have trading it is a pain in the ass especially with the comeback of the clone machine players who cannot get clone tokens are doomed and there is no way to get them right now expect trading which is disabled and until they fix trading the event will be over. And that is a huge problem because without the 5x Event cloning takes forever if you dont have lightspeed or any time boost.
I agree with all your points on Anime Fighter and Anime Adventure.
Anime Fighter is actually fun with all the event, it feels like achieveing goals in the game feels reachable. Free to play experience is honestly kinda sad, you need like 60 dollar for all the gamepass just to play the game and i dont think thats health.
Anime Adventures dev is just blood sucking animals honestly, can't play the game unless you play it 24/7, not a single communication between the dev and the player.
They honestly gotta keep that 5x events or else the game will drastically lose alot of Players prolly will drop by 130k to 40k players since most of these players are players that are either new or just coming back so the events is really helpful for them and its keeping them playing but if Theboss remove the events the new players and coming back players will definetely have a hard time playing the game and they will most likely quit and just play other games, Events are making these players stay at the game. Everything that is said on this video is 100% facts, hopefully Theboss and Caleb will see this video to understand the situation that AFS is currently going through.
Honestly I think at this point they should make the 5x stuff the new base by just raising everything as if it was 5x like the time for everything should be reduced by 5x

Yeah when they removed the 1st weekend event the games player amount was literally cut in half due to that and was going down till he added events back
The most based and understanding dude ever god damn we need you in control of how things should work thanks for talking this man. I’m a end game player on mobile and it’s frustrating dealing with lag and worse things are personally opening chest or doing dungeons cause I try doing dungeons and when I finally get a gold room I crash due to all the items popping up on the bottom of my screen and I have to wait a whole 24 hrs to do another one. Thankfully I have a friend I really trust who has a pc and I’ve gotten their help by resorting to asking them if they can log onto my account and do it for me. I hate I have to ask cause I don’t wanna bother em but thankfully they don’t mind at all and it’s annoying cause I’m doing all this for a clone token.. which I can barely get I haven’t gotten one yet buts frustrating cause I even used the setting suppress graphics and it didn’t help so ig it’d be better if they removed the pop up’s and just showed a number on your bag like when you roll your daily spin wheel.

To prevent the events being needed by all the players today, the devs need to chill out and make these updates go from weekly to monthly. It might sound crazy but hear me out. If the boss decides to keep these weekly updates, not only will it give them a harder time with fixing bugs and creating new ideas that might make the game a lot more playable, it will also give the people a harder experience with almost everything which will make them complain a lot more about events being taken away. However, if the boss decides to make these updates go from weekly to monthly, it will give them an easier experience with fixing bugs and creating new ideas which will then lead to the better of the game. Also it would give players a lot more time to improve and prepare before the next update and it might even make them have a better time without having to rush through everything. Furthermore, if this actually does happen then the events will go back to weekend events and it might make it less of a big deal for the majority of those who are making it a big deal considering that the events will be with us for 12 days instead of 3 days before every update. Lmk if this actually might fix the problems with the events being taken away.
a month tho thats bad they will have ppl at 100k in the start and by a week or 2 half the players will leave to another game until the next upd the reason there doing weekly is to keep ppl here all the time. weeklys are a W if handled correctly the boss has alot of money and a studio he can easily pull this off just needs to do what subriot said and fix all the issues event should be op and last the weekend but they need to make the game easier regularly
@@cheaterphysics7344 All the things you mentioned are very true however keeping these weekly updates are just gonna give new players a harder time and might even increase the numbers of players who use exploits to improve. I think all of us including the boss are all ignoring the newer players who are struggling to get through the game because of these weekly updates. We don’t need all 100k players at once, 50k is more than enough. Also the events are needed by everyone and if the events are going to be taken away like this every week, there at least has to be over 90% of players complaining. Even if I might want weekly updates, this is for the better of the game and it might make it a lot more playable and enjoyable for those who are struggling.
@@DoMore- I got my alt to wano in 2 days and I didn’t even try with the events and with the shiny pots from codes it’s not hard for ppl to catch up what I said was make it so regularly the game is how it is with events and make events op and last the weekend also the boss would hate dropping half players any dev does it’s not ideal and ppl who script are always going to and they can do bi weekly but I’m sure they know more content sooner keeps ppl playing and if they fix all the issues it shouldn’t be a problem I’m sure they’ll figure it out.
I was just thinking about all of this like a day or two ago so seeing you make a video on this stuff made me happy because it really does need to be said

As a part of of 0.1% of the players I struggle to grind with my double lightspeed double double luck and double draconic dungens get annoying to grind

the game is almost impossible without events.
the game will become really hard, even if you have crazy free time or smth because you will get x/5 yen then x/5 power, so basically you will grind 25x times slower, and if you put time, exp and luck on the calculation it would result in huge L making the it more p2w and hard.
My sugestion is to put a 2.5x event and slowly decreasing it to 2x or lower, if the community finds it too hard, then they should return it back to 2.5x.

Personnally before update 35 I was always not prepared. I am just a bit p2w but now im better then most players, one thing I do is just hatch😂
I stopped doing dungeons since I can't even get 10 fragments per run, at this point I am just trading dungeon opens for fragments or shards since I am incapable of making alts

The thing is, afs is is good hands with boss studios, they have realy good devs that ACTUALY listen to the community. They have other projects like aopg which people realy enjoy and they respect the devs, they will do something great with this game

I’m a free to play player in the final world and the events has helped me so much and the new update with the incubators helped me get max level on some of my units but I still struggle with luck and can barely get mythicals even with the events

I think they should do 5x events for the weekend, and then 3x events during the week until they can balance the gane to where it’s playable without events

As some using Shiny Craftables with trash Passive and cant even solo Dungeon with 100Z DPC we really need a permanent 3x or 5x event

Yeah the game in on a very sensitive balance right now. The players are happy but at the expense of having these events. Once the events get removed on Tuesday I can’t wait to see what happens.
In all fairness the 5x event has been in the game for a year so it’s understandable why people hate to see it leave because for most people it’s been all theyve known.
Also the rate of progression for a whole year has been 5x faster and hence why reverting the events will be so detrimental. When Darieb was still the developer the game was fully possible to be good at with no events and people were happy with 2 events being 3x for only the weekend. But going back to no events means the profession is 5x less which sucks.
In terms of p2w the sucky parts is not being able to auto attack or instant passive reroll or even 1000 more inventory. I have all of the game passes on my main but I tried making an alt yesterday and even with the 5x event and summer units I could only get to world 18, it was especially harder because of no trading and no game passes. Now, I’m just wondering how are new players gonna progress if they can’t do dungeons and have no events or if trading doesn’t come back for a while…
Another thing is dungeons, right now the 24 hour cooldown is justifiable but when the event goes away you’ll be getting 5x less drops and you have to wait 24h for that and it just seems crazy to try to level up artifacts that require 5k shards to max out. On my main I usually have my time or drops artifact on all the time because I’m so confused as to what to equip or what to level because the cooldown is 12 hours…
Overall, the game and its players are shaky and removing the event isn’t really a good idea. Before removing them they should definitely rebalance the game and add free to play quality of life improvements so they don’t lose their playerbase. Trading definitely has to come back, artifacts should be made easier for non lb players or heavy grinders with alts, artifact and dungeon cooldown should get nerfed, and the waiting rooms every 5 rooms in time trials should be shorter cuz i hate waiting :)
To fix this, all they would have to do is make the enemies in the game 3x weaker and scale the time related events 3x higher.
For f2p players it's rlly hard to get even mythicals with +5 luck event.

i think they should also do stuff to help people in the earlier worlds if the codes for shiny boost weren't out even with the 5x event it would take so long to get to the last world
you know like because of the quite trendy news that anime fighters is revived from the dead new players are also interested now and funny thing getting mythicals and even secrets are hard it is really hard since they cant get defense token their luck is absolute shet and everything is way too much of grind it is so bad. You need to grind so much and when u reach limit break machine they need to do limit break again which takes way too long just to build a strong enough team to keep grinding. New players wouldn't bother to progress through the game especially when they realise the game is way too hard and they would start thinking how hard it is to actually get and just how much they gotta spend in the game if they don't rebalance the game this game is going back to the pit eventhough there are ton of supporters like me. One more additional points intermediate players like without clone machine even existing imagine u need to legit get 30 divines for me it is kinda okay but too much i get 1 divine in around 4 hours or sometimes less like it is seriously too much so not rewarding to even grind lol.
DAMn i am so hyped for the update but i still have fking 8 raizo i need to fking limit break and even get passives like fk if they dont do anything i ma really lost interested in the game despite them putting out update it is just unplayable even p2w is struggling so much lol

Honestly they have to add a 3rd way of passives like dbl have they have the color wheel like green purple yellow red blue and even white and black they should add that into afs where it can give small buffs some what of the avatars

i think the main issue in the game is difficulty they. they have made it so difficult for the average player to get or do anything and even for me that has a full double draconic team and lightspeed and lucky 3s the game setting you back with artifacts and these insane limit breaking times AND DONT GET ME STARTED WITH PROTAGONIST i put a protag daizo in there didnt even touch it i got that divine day one of the update and it took almost the whole week to get it to 430.. which personally i think is jaw shattering. the game tried to make it right with artifact however the issue is the cooldown to switch. and even with cooldowns being half i have to choose whether which one is best for my situation and other thing i want to do in the meanwhile yk? and i dont think its the games full fault for these insane cooldowns i mainly think its to try to make the top player not become supremely overpowered in the game causing a huge gap between the avg player and the top 0.1 but by doing that they made it even harder for the average player to even make it to world 15 with feeling like they have to buy a gamepass for a better chance at a mythic. idk it could just be me tho personally they really just need to loosen up on ALOT of mecanics based around time. but i dont wanna make this post to long but yeah playing this game can be a pain.

i've always been f2p i used to play non stop but i could barley get a couple worlds a day so i quit because i did nothing else but play and never got good the game used to be so p2w and these events are the only thing that makes it possible for f2p

i have more than 750 hours of in game time and its bad to the point where i dont even have an artifact granted i did quit for a while but I started to play more but i havent gotten on in 5 days of doing my daily dungeons
10days limitbreaker is pain for me since i can only play like 2-3hours a day.

This is completely true even look at cloning kng almost 210 hours for me to clone my unit with a normally 6x time multipliers. I have a level 1 hoarding no alts. Without the events what would i do.

The 5x events is like their compensation because of the game died and since they revive it they have a responsibility to do that so they need to make the 5x event more longer because 70% of player already stopped grinding this game when it died, if the game didn’t die then we’re all already in the last map so 5x event gives 70% player to prepare and also caught up the game, i just don’t understand why TheBoss is so hesitant to give us the 5x event like bro this is the reason why the game is alive, let those 70% player to caught the last map before they remove it and it seems like he listen to us so that was good. Daireb know how to run a business and know the strategic form to make players happy eventho sometimes he is greedy, he’s still know how to handle the situation. Both of them are w but daireb has more experience.
you don't have to do summer dungeons to get clone tokens. I did one from the new map and got like 2 clone tokens.
As a f2p player the game is not only time consuming boring and tough to progress the chance to get the units like secret or divines is so tedious that i almost got so burned out i quit playing the game before Theboss/brandon was the new owner everything needs a buff or a change just so f2p players can feel what p2w players feel like

your speaking straight up facts and the struggle is even worse for a Xbox player like me since we can’t afk without constantly watching what’s happening or else you gets kicked they should at least give us two updates a month or even one a month
Nah they should make it so that all this goes into our stats and stays perm and then do an actual event like this every week so all this 5x event should go into our stats and then they can do another event for weekend so basically just take this event and implant it into our stats and make another event done
