Yeah it varies:) sometimes he gets sick or something so he ends up back in our bed, and then it’s another couple weeks before we are saying, we should probably get him back in his bed again:) and now with another one on the way, it is a must!!
Ok, so I unscrewed the short ends of the beds to see the beams they screw into were on the wrong ends and when I switched them, the two holes were there for the toddler rail. Just not visible when you install them incorrectly, which you wouldn’t know until came time for the toddler rail
@@tusshill-martdee3227I had to take off 3 round end pieces to find the 2 that did. The two round pieces that did NOT have the proper holes had two holes on the outside, idk if that makes sense… but just check your round pieces… depending on which babyletto crib you have. Mine doesn’t look like his
Thanks for this, about to do this very same conversion myself. Serious question though: which end does his head go? Beside the railing, or beside the opening?
Thanks for the question. It’s up to you. Personally, we put our baby’s head by the opening so that when he wakes up he can get right out. BUT it may be safer (because of rolling) to put the baby’s head by the railing. Good luck!
I like those drawers under the crib. What model / brand are they?
The drawers actually came with the crib. 👍
Helpful video. What mattress are you using here?
Avocado crib mattress 👍
Alright now how do you sleep? Because my two year old keeps getting up at five am now.

Is there a certain side you put the toddler rail on? I took off one side, but mine doesn’t have screw holes on the main poles for the toddler bed.
Yeah you put the rail on the side with the drawers on it 👍
Mine doesn’t have the second upper hole just one for the lowest screw on the toddler rail 😳 did you figure yours out?

Check all the round end pieces. I had to take off three to find the two that had them 😅
