im stuck on the "wait for flashmode" screen..i hold volume down then plug it to the computer..nothing happens..phone does not go into flashmode..black screen..no power on..no boot..only red light on the upper left corner of the phone..
usb debugging is off

The 'Choose Components' window doesn't appear on my pc, I'm stuck.
my device does not show up on the list of drivers, I have a Xa1 Ultra.
Then you have to download the firmware from internet.just simply type xa1 ultra firmware then download it.the file type will be ftf thats why you do not have to extract.
After flashing successful, my phone outgoing calls works, but incoming call or sms not working....
How much time it takes??
