This was so helpful 🙏My husband also found free subscription through Shazam so be careful But was when tried to unsubscribe couldn’t find his subscription under settings !! He then chose your 2nd option to go to the App Store app found and clicked on his icon and a page appeared with “Manage Subscriptions” on it. Through that was able to find the Apple Music Subscription and could successfully cancel. Thank you so much for stopping a major frustration meltdown. Similar situation with X box through PC even though they say cancel free trial - no where was there an option to do this it took forever to realise that not renewing subscription was only way out.

Not at all helpfull though you cancel subscription you need to wait for expiry, i had discussion with apple customer care even they cant do anything till expiry , you are misguiding with title
For those who doesn’t have the subscription cancel button. If your subscription is still active it will show a cancel subscription option for you . However if it is expired I believe you can pay it off but you’ll have to probably go in the actual app and unsub

Good morning sir, I have successfully canceled my subscriptions because I want to change my Apple ID location but it’s still saying I should cancel my subscription whilst doing so.
It’s because your subscription is still active. Even if you have cancelled it successfully, your free trial remains active until the renewal date. As you have cancelled it, so it won’t renew, and then you’ll be able to do it. For example, you started a free trial/subscription on 5th of Feb, then your subscription your renew on 5th of March but since you cancelled the subscription on 10th Feb, you still have 25 days of subscription/trial remaining. So you’ll have to wait until next renewal date, (5th March in this case of example) after that you’ll be able to make changes. I hope this helps! If you still have any questions, feel free to ask. Replay this video We had same issue with trying feee apple trial through Shazam. After doing 2nd option using the App Store app-this brought up the Manage Subscriptions. Click on that and cancel
