UK lad. I visited Austin in 2016 and ended up in this place (was a recommendation from bar doorstaff opposite). Still the best burger I've ever eaten. The 2 Houston natives I was visting with didn't stop talking about how good it was for 2 solid days! I still think about that burger from time-to-time. It was delicious.
I lived there for most of my child/adult life. I can tell you for a fact, they make the best burgers. Even after it caught fire, they came back strong.
@@cristobal2GR I usually have mine medium well also. People have their own taste. Can’t argue with medium well burgers. Now steaks unless in a diner, do NOT serve medium well or well done. Forbids well done steal unless breakfast diner

@@cristobal2GR Medium is where a burger should be done, as long as you know who you are buying the ground beef from is grinding it clean and fresh.
