I mean Ace died saving his lil bro. So that's why people miss him it was a heartbreaking brotherly love kind of death. While WhiteBeard died fighting and wrecking everyone and everything. He died standing up and even then he was looming over everyone. That's the difference. Plus he was a straight up badass old man. No need to cry or be sad. If he was a real person that's not the kind of thing he would want. That's the kind of character he was. He is missed but not like Ace.
***** Well even if that was the writers intention Whitebeard was like 70 yrs old. Plus he was hooked up to all that medical shit to keep him alive. He may have been legendary when he was young but age still got the best of him. They even explain that if he uses his DF he gets weaker and it hurts him. And he didnt suicide he was like that guy who was there to keep as many people safe and alive. He was (in game terms) playing support. Remember the 2 tsunamis he made, it took someone at Aokijis level to stop that. Only other people able to stop it were probably Kizaru and Akainu. And at the end he FUCKED AKAINUS SHIT UP. Plus he was there for the fear factor like honestly no one was gonna fuck with him. He was like "Try some shit, I dare ya".

I mean I'm pretty sure this is the best One Piece AMV I've ever watched??? because the editing works perfectly with the music and it's not just splashing a few snippets from the episodes onto some music, the snippets were edited to fit PERFECTLY to fit the lyrics and the beat at the moment and I just think that's incredibly neat???

Is really great anime and the story of Zorro actually made me start my workout again and set up better motivation than I had before(skipped workout for 3 weeks and felt like total shit). I really tought I woudn't find another anime at the same scale as Naruto Shippuden but One Piece becomes better and better by each episode.

I'm sure you've made other videos for sure since then. But I must say this amv the concept of it? is awesome. The thought behind the clips well done. For my critique though? consistency. Certain effects I saw you use really was getting me into the amv at one part but wouldn't see something like it throughout where It really could have fit. Be more consistent in your effect useage. You got some raw talent going there just make your amv more balanced kind of pick a theme of effect and like with a song like this try to figure a way to incorporate similar effects of the same energy. All in all still a very well made amv. Nice work.

But for me? my interpretation from this was that it was portraying the struggle that transpired before ace's untimely demise from various standpoints on the battle field, not just luffys. The built up tension that long time rivals and enemies had that are now using Ace really as an excuse to let it out and fight. Ace is just that innocent little leaf trapped floating in viciously turbulent waters as white beard and the marines butt heads. So to me, what is portrayed here? the song is very much fitting not to mention it's quite enjoyable to listen to ;)
