I always like seeing your Dad working together with you Eric, I hope and pray your Dad is healing well! I also love the way the community of farmers share the equipment in your area,
I too took note of the cooperation amongst the neighboring farms. Smart and efficient use of resources. Watching the soybean harvest and this video together makes me really appreciate the amount of work accomplished in 48 hours. Can you imagine all the thousands of farms all over the country, and the people working flat out. Productivity.
I like how they don’t seem to turn their videos into equipment ads. Any comments about equipment seem to be unbiased and not at all geared towards any one particular manufacturer. They focus on the incredible amount and variety of hard work that it takes to produce and sell milk, not on selling equipment.
Thanks Eric. I enjoyed these 2 videos. I am a lover of Fall so I really enjoyed the vivid colors in field, sky and farm structures. Really very lovely!! Oh, and I liked hearing a bit of video and commentary from Father Weaver. Blessings to you all!
Special treat coming home from my shop seeing a video from Eric. Glad to see your Dad back to work and being careful. I see that nothing goes to waste with the crops. Thanks for the video.
I'm glad your dad is doing much better, and some of the pressure of running the farm is off of you, and both of both your almost back to normal, it just just shows how God do answer prayers, and thank you for showing us an part of your day
I love when your dad has the camera. Great to see him interact. He has to be so proud of his boy. As always, thanks for the great content. I grew up milking 24 cows in a stanchion barn with my grandpa in Minnesota. I’ll never forget those incredible times. They are so dear to me. Take care!
More winterizing work accomplished prior to bad weather. Dennis good job on the camera, sure glad that you know the limits of your arm. Sure do enjoy your channel and appreciate the time and effort you dedicate to taking us along on the work day. Stay safe and healthy, blessings to to all.
Hey Dennis! Great to see you taking the camera. Thanks to you all for the video. I can't get enough of your channel. You guys put out some really great content.
I like how close you and ur dad are and I enjoy him being on the channel and talking I also enjoy that it’s a full family effort to run it it’s reassuring to the rest of us family farms
Hello Eric, thanks for the video. Good to see that your father is holding himself back while his shoulder is healing. Still amazed at the amount of hard manual labour, even with the amount of equipment you are able to use. Stay healthy and safe and God bless.
Great to hear and see Dad involved in your videos! I know privacy is important to RUclipsrs, but glimpses of family life really helps me connect to the uploaders…..
Its great that you use the entire plant like that, grain and bedding. This sharing of equipment is the kind of cooperation that benefits everybody. I wonder if it's done everywhere. Glad to see your dad back in the play. Farmers don't like to just watch. I like how you stack the round bales, three deep and flat. Good video 10GD. Peace.
We do custom hay, our own hay and we sell hay. We cut, rake, bale, haul clear and bush hog. Most smaller producers have found its more economical and they get better products going thru us verses keeping there own equipment for cutting 150 acres of hay. If different farms do different things we can make money in this climate everything is important to figure in.
I sat in traffic for over 37 years.. wasted 4-5hrs a day just sitting. No since of accomplishment at all and thats why I love seeing this kid work, Reminds me of the path I shoulda took.
I remember when you first started your channel, 50 minutes after posting I could comment and be one of the first ones. Now, 50 minutes after posting you have 11k views and 74 comments. You’re doing awesome Eric. God bless you.
It’s good to see that your dad is getting better and hopefully it won’t be much longer before he’s fully healed. It’s great to see that you have some great neighbours who are willing to help out with equipment and time so as all of your farms are productive and I agree that if you can use every part of the crop for something then you will definitely save money and time buying in something that you can make yourself
Sweet job backing up that trailer. Backing up those double pivot point trailers reminded me of working at the airport. The trailers had a similar set up and it took some getting used to. Then when I went back to regular trailer it was all weird and I had to get used to it again. Always enjoy your videos👍🏼👍🏼
I’m new to your channel and I’ve been going on a binge watching all the videos...I run a horse farm and I thought I had a lot of work but omg you don’t stop. I wish I lived closer to you all and I would gladly give you a hand. I love the videos keep them coming. I’ve learned so much from you very well done.
Glad to see that the yield was that good...never waste anything if you can help it. Also glad to see #9 behind the camera (and so at ease) and so involved with the video. Farm on
That was a great crop of beans and straw from the beans. Nice to have your dad working the camera he seems to be okay with using it and means he can get more involved in the future. Great video Erik.
Love the commentary & camera work, Eric's Dad! So glad to hear you're taking it easy while you heal - my Dad and nearly everyone else I knew that farmed could learn from you. Hard to watch other people work.
I love this channel and a few other farming channels and I don’t know why. I’m a professional saxophonist and don’t farm. Keep up the good work. I appreciate what you do.
@@siem040 I think ever since the QandA with his dad did so well and got so much support his Dad is more comfortable. His dad seems really cool and genuine. Great video Eric!
The skid steer is such a better option than a tractor for loading and unloading bales. Nice to see the tractor where it works best, pulling the hay wagons.
Dad has is figured out, let Eric do all the work 🤣. Glad his shoulder is getting better, I know it has to be hard but don’t rush it. Great video Eric!!! I hope everybody is healthy. Stay safe!!
Holy crap, two in one week. I think dad needs a nickname, how about Papa-G... thanks for posting twice this week. Eric needed the Six Million Dollar Man sound effects while pushing that trailer. Who else is waiting for merch to arrive? Looking forward to my hoodie and tshirt.
Great video for highlighting how farmers keep an eye on the bottom line. Use every bit of what a crop gives you; sharing equipment with neighbors keeps everyone’s capital investment somewhat under control. Thanks!
With your Dad filming and narrating, you may have to change your channel name to “9th & 10th generation dairymen”! Your Dad is a natural behind the camera now!
I like when your dad gets a hold of the camera lol and wagon backing is tough until you get the hang of it my dad always said he could back a wagon with one eye closed and not looking out the other lol
Watching a few of your videos I kept thinking, "Boy that looks like here." Then I heard your dad talk and I knew you were close. I'm just over in Lititz. :)
GREAT JOB ERIC TAKE IT EASY ON DAD YOU GUYS DON'T LET NOTHING GO TO WASTE ON THAT FARM THAT'S THE WAY TO RUN A FARM 👍👍🇺🇸 .P. S. HOW'S YOUR WIFE IN THE BABY DOING 👪 ??

Thanks Eric for bring us along. Lots of hard work. It’s good to see your Dad recovering. Still praying for his complete recovery.
I love how this channel sticks to working and no unnecessary narration! I learned a lot here today.

One of the best farm channels on RUclips, you're a good role model

Another big job done. Shout out to Moms everywhere. THEY ARE THE BEST!!❤️🙋♀️
Enjoying the videos, like watching the work. No music, other nonsense. As a grain farmer it gives me something to do in all my free time.
Loved the commentary from your dad! Always nice to hear what he has to say!
