Disappointed there is no warning for the adverts. After the first 2 I thought they couldn’t possibly have any more and tried to settle back into the meditation. I was really deep inside myself and should’ve known better as I was frightened out of the meditation by another advert. I’ve listened to countless videos that don’t have adverts. It just seems like a sales ploy to make people subscribe which feels wrong. You could at least say this video is an example of what we do but beware we have adverts every 8 minutes.

Too many advertisements during meditation 😮
Warning... completely unlistenable.... Beautiful meditation, but the extra loud advertisement in the middle was jarring.
