Will the drone give us warning or something or will any message sort of thing for it since GPS and everything is registered to govt sites. And what could be the fine in such cases. I was planning to purchase DJI fpv.

According to Govt. rules, you can't fly above limit but if you are not nearby red zone or airport then can cross limit upto some height but if someone find you doing so then fine will be maximum of 1 lakh rs

Local Authority will not decide about the Flying zones, only DGCA can decide where to fly but in some case like Wild Animal Zones local authority not allow personal to fly the drone to avoid accident. You may contact to their superior to verify.

yes, for any kind of drone training school you need license and permission from DGCA.

in India, you can carry nano drone but the batteries need to be removed and carried in carry-on baggage only.
