I haven't been commenting. Just casually watching these vids. Thanx again for your dedication to pulling these #Kraze scenes. I didn't grow up watching GH so I have no connection to the other characters. Only watching for #Kraze Got into Kristina thru RUclips years ago. So Kristina hasn't dated anyone for 6/7 years. And we finally have her in this relationship that feels very hot and cold as far as the writing/scene direction. Being a lesb!an and watching SOAPs and being used to seeing the straights take every opportunity to show intimacy. Then with the few queer couples we have: 1 min we do get the right amount of intimacy, then it fades after. I see this pattern a lot. Either way what is there to say. We just gonna have to accept whatever they give us with Ali and Kristina. oh well....ON A LIGHTER NOTE: Kristina is the one who's pregnant and it was just funny in the Nat and Kristina scenes, when Natalia goes to sit down, while Kristina is on her feet. 😄 Like take a seat gurl.
I was wondering since I hadn’t seen any comments by you!! And yes I looked and the last kiss which wasn’t much (like a peck) was back in April. Time for some much needed affection. And yes it’s been 7 years since kristina was in a relationship. We still have to hear those three words. Question is who will say it first!!
Providing a little context: At least these two actually talk about navigating being gay/queer. And they are confronting homophobia in their personal and professional lives. And we see Allie in scenes with other people, not just as an accessory of her girlfriend. People complain and compare them to Mariah and Tessa, conveniently forgetting/ignoring the part where it took over a year for them to go on a date, and yes - there’s love scenes - however they have been together close to 6 years, and they’ve had considerably fewer compared to other long time couples. They were completely absent when Y&R had their 50th season anniversary. These two are featured during the last 2 sweeps period, GH is showcasing them. Yes, more intimacy would be nice; I do appreciate that GH isn’t glossing over the challenges they face. Allie even pointed out that things are getting WORSE for queer folks. Tell me which other soap that has bothered to say that?
@@tananario23 Well first of all I'm not comparing them to Mariah and Tessa. Apart from last year being introduced to this story with the first time surrogate+supportive girlfriend who is a singer. That was the only similarity between the stories. Also I have my own issues with Y&R and how they treat Teriah. That network just props them up to get positive press during Pride/Spirit day and don't utilize them well onscreen. So there's no reason to compare. I obviously adore this story with #Kraze Elements of it just feels off. Let's not gaslight the people that are rightfully complaining. And I do love the obstacle they are facing with Natalia being a homophobe. But my comments above still remain.
