Our countries need to interact more with each other on an equal footing without enmity. Let's better develop science or a space program together, etc., something useful for humanity. Best regards from Russia. Peace and love.
Although your sentiments are nice, a Space program won’t be used for humanity nor will it ever as long as these giant transnational corporations control the banking,, media, education, and world. The world has had more than enough immoral science. JFK predicted 60 years ago that if we don’t change, “science” will enslave us. Sorry to say it. Individuals need to unite. Yeah, people seem to forget that even by this moment, the USSR had already invaded Poland, Finland, Balts... This friendliness ensured that eastern Europe would have to suffer Soviet domination for the next half century
Even then, they were only allies of convenience. The US gave the USSR a pass for invading Poland, Finland, Baltics because defeating Germany was a higher priority, but there were always massive ideological differences and relations were never too close. Keep in mind that the USSR also shook hands with Germany in much the same way in 1939, in Poland...

People like each other, no matter the country. The difference lies in the leadership, and before WW2, there were still cold-war esque tensions. Which countries wanted to colonize the RSFSR in the civil war like China?
Unfortunately, this will not be possible until the Americans and Russians understand that they have nothing to share. The combination of American technology and Russian resources can greatly advance humanity, but unfortunately, there are people who interfere with this for the sake of wealth and political influence.
People are just people. We all in this world have more in common than we different from one another. Everyone loves their mom, dad, children, family. We all love food, we all have to go to the toilet, we all laugh, cry and experience happiness with the same events. Everyone's blood is red, everyone needs oxygen, everyone needs friendship. These are all the basics in life, and we all have them in common. But the politics divide us, just by pointing out the small differences we have. Just because the neighbour drinks his tea with sugar makes him a bad person, because you dislike sugar. The neighbour might have a bad taste, but thats it. I hope one day, we as people can leave war behind us and find a way to explore new worlds in space. Sharing knowledge and technology.

Legends Say They Fought Together Against The Antarctic Rebel During The Cold War.
Such An Epic Story.
Imagine being an American soldier in this time. To be apart of the hero’s army, traveling halfway across the world to fight an evil tyrant. The old world was truly something else.
yeah belive your propaganda. An evil tyrant??! elected by his people, who offered countless peace agreaments that were refused by the allies. those "heroes" bombed everything. Americans killed more french civilians during so called liberation of france than germans did.
We met as friends in WWII, then again as enemies in the Cold War, then as friends again in the cold reaches of space aboard the Mir. Let's stop fighting each other and reach for the stars together.

🇷🇺🤝🇺🇲 Russians/Soviet and Americans fraternized on the Elbe like real brothers. Russia and the USA are two great countries.
Self discipline and faith in the Self and Higher Power and fellow humanity will be the key starting points to making a true and lasting shifting. Cheers. 💫 💯
