the thing is, it was supposed to be an official song from the mod but some rumors says that the person who made the song was a bad person so he left the team and his project, but there’s a chance that this song will be included in the mod when it gets resurrected because the song is a banger.
It's not that noticeable when you listen until you compare the original and this version. If your on a pc open two tabs up and play a little piece of each version (preferably from 0:23 to 0:28) and with headphones (if you have them on hand). If you hear very closely, Patrick's vocals aren't as obscured by the music which makes the melody line of the song more pronounced. Patrick and gf's vowels (the o's, ah's, ee's, and ouw's) are also more distinct to the ear and make the vocals and melody clearer and evenly distributed. To me, what makes a song easier to listen to is when the vocal line is slightly but not too much louder than the score (music) itself so if a song simply uses vowels or sounds as the vocal line then I can easily take the song. Sorry for the long reply or if this is quite confusing or if it sounds like I'm giving off "as a matter of fact" vibes😅
