I believe that patadyong is a name of a skirt with square pattern fabric and not a sleeve.. second you call that a terno sleeve.. the term Filipiniana sleeve is correct but there are other kinds of " sleeves " so terno is more specific.. another, the real terno sleeve is made out with kanyamaso and not a pellon.. as it will droop eventually.. using kanyamaso is the best.. :)

Just ask how to make the pattern for the sleeves and how do you attach the sleeves to the dress and importantly is their an underarm circumference to follow so you have a perfect attachment so that the sleeves will not fall off. How did you make the pattern? Because I tried a similar version of a sleeve like this and it looked like football pads, not a good look for my garment.

Kasi may dress ako na sleeveless. Ang shoulder ay 1 and 3/4 inch lang ang lapad. Diot ko gustong gamitin ang Filipiniana sleeve. Maraming salamat.

How to make patern
