Feeny was the best, most inspiring teacher character. In fact, William Daniels was a little reluctant to play Feeny, worrying that they'd be making fun of teachers, until he was convinced otherwise. "Do good" lives rent free, in my head.
Mr. Feeny was not just a great teacher, he was a guardian to his students; giving them great advice about anything and what they should do when they have a problem ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Mr. Feeny wasn't one to show too much emotion on Boy Meets World 🌍. So when he uttered the line "I Love You All" in the series finale "Brave New World" after all his former students left the classroom was such a beautiful moment to end the series 😢💔❤️.
Hodor's backstory & the realization of His name, was one for the best reveals of the entire "Game of Thrones" series, as well as a great gets you in the FEELS moment! 💔😭
*_"Six Feet Under's" ending was the BEST All-Time written Finale of every Television Series that's ever been! No matter how many times I've re-watched it. It still hits me the same as the 1st time seeing it. Take my breath away tearjerker. 💔😭_*
Downton Abbey: Anna getting assaulted (her muffled screaming juxtaposed with the opera singing), Sybil’s death (Cora sobs as Tom pleads with her not to leave him), Matthew’s death (happily married and had just become a father), Mrs. Drewe has Marigold taken away (she loved Marigold as much as if she had birthed her instead of adopting her. Her grief is heartbreaking). I know there’s more, but those are my biggest ones.
I just finished watching Superman and Lois a week ago. The end of that show made me cry more than I have in years. Watching Clark and Lois both die at the end was truly heartbreaking for me.
Buffy was filled with heartbreaking moments. Giles finds the body of Ms. Calendar. Buffy sends Angel to Hell. Willow and Oz breaking up. Angel leaving.
*_RIGHT! I've never even watched the show & still cannot watch that clip of Seymour. 😢💔 It's the same with the movie, "Haichi: A Dog's Tale"! UGG! A Major 😭 Migraine waiting to happen! I'm an old emotional mess 💔 softy! Especially when it comes to Critters! No Thank You! 🤣🤣_*
The West Wing has two. The death of Mrs. Landingham because it came out of nowhere. The death of Leo McGarry because the actor, John Spencer, died in real life, so the grief of the actors was real.
You forgot two children's shows of the 70s: Little House on the Prairie and the Six Million Dollar Man. Little House: death of Mary's babyin a fire and Alonzo being paralyzed. SMDM: death of Jamie Sommers! In both shows, children were introduced to death.
on MASH. Henry was in an airplane, not a helicopter when he was killed. this list was created without considering many episodes/shows that were on prior to 2005 also what about The Archie Bunker episode that he deals with Edith's death? or the Good Times dealing with the father's death?
M*A*S*H: Henry Blake's death; anybody familiar with the show wouldn't make the error of saying "helicopter" rather than plane. This narrator (or the scripter) clearly wasn't familiar with the episode, so it breaks the "shared nostalgia" effect.
Jamie’s death on Six Million Dollar Man traumatized me and so many other gen X kids (I cried myself to sleep and children’s hospital staff complained that the children were devastated) So they had to bring her back to life and create her own show, The Bionic Woman. 😅
The most heartbreaking TV moment might also be my most heartbreaking fictional death ever just in general. Which for me to say is crazy because I’ve read many sad books/moments in books, seen many heartbreaking moments on TV and many heartbreaking movies. But I think the most heartbroken I have ever been from any fictional death was Sybil Branson’s death on Downton Abbey. I have watched Downton Abbey probably 4 times all the way through and I’m actually on my 5th time right now. But every single time I have ever watched through that show that is the moment that makes me truly heartbroken. In that show especially it’s hard to say because there are so many deaths and heartbreaking moments on that particular show. But man Sybil’s death….she’s my favorite character from that show. I love her so so much. And her death is so shocking and heartbreaking. Everyone on the show is so sad and even the overall feeling of the show is just dark and sad for the next few episodes after she dies. She never gets to be a mother, Tom loses his beloved wife, Robert and Cora lose their precious youngest child, Mary, Edith and Matthew lose their sister and cousin….even the staff are heartbroken and sad. I don’t think anything else in the entire show makes every single character come together in unity like Sybil’s death does. Usually it’s like the upstairs people are sad while the downstairs people feel sorry for them but they don’t feel as heartbroken as the upstairs people. Or vice versa. But having everyone in the house whether they’re a Crawley family member or one of the servants they ALL became so sad. And the overall show was so dark and sad after she died. And it really never felt the same after she died. I love her so much. Like I said she’s not just my favorite character from Downton Abbey but also one of my favorite characters of all time. I love her so much. Her death always crushes me so much every time I watch it.
I have a question: Some times in movies a line is mention twice and it has a inpack like, Run away Simba/Scar, run away and newer return - The lion king, Some times, you just have to take a leap - Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, With this staff, you shall do my wonders - The prince of egypt, What are those lines called?🤔
One of the saddest deaths to me Is Joyce S death from Buffy The Vampire slayer & Prues death from Charmed. Mimi s death from the BSC. Shawn & Jacks dads death from BMW. Time 8:25PM Sat 1/18/25
My wish list: Top 10 disney junior shows Top 10 unimportant pokemon episodes (no catching new pokemon, no evolving, no gym/pokemon leage battle, no meeting new rivles, etc) Top 10 underrated animated disney series Best disney movie per decade Top 10 disney reprise songs (deleted included) Top 10 disney villains that deserved a villain song Top 10 disney couples with a tough start (Both movies and tv-series) Top 10 what have I done moment excluding disney and pixar Top 10 disney movie ideas (by you) Top 10 James earl jones movies 👍😉
For me there another three! 1) billy passing away on Ally McBeal! Seriously this should have been in the list! 2) Christina telling the family about her having cancer in parenthood…but also zeek passing away towards the end too. 3) Kelly cheating on Zack with Jeff in saved by the bell! Especially that break up scene. I still have PTSD with this! 😭
Lol love how GLEE kills off its crew but once they die everyone is shocked an does a special about every crew members death like they didn’t instigate their habits or push them for there best performances glee is CANCER, but keep watching and they’ll keep doing this to other starts
My saddest moment is on Outer Banks when they killed off JJ. Cause i wanted him to stay alive and be with Kiara and be the greatest godfather to John b's and Sarah's baby
As Homer Simpson once said: I can't believe we're paying to see something we get on TV for free. If you ask me everybody in this theater is a giant sucker. Especially you!🫵

So I've been crying thru this whole video why did I watch this!
*_RIGHT!_*_ I have myself a Major Migraine from 😭 so hard! UGG! 🤦♀️_
The MASH episode featuring Henry Blake killed made me cry, the second is Growing Pains where Carol's boyfriend was killed in a car crash, made me cry.
Mr. Feeny wasn't one to show too much emotion on Boy Meets World 🌍. So when he uttered the line "I Love You All" in the series finale "Brave New World" after all his former students left the classroom was such a beautiful moment to end the series 😢💔❤️.
Precisely, he got the literal last word, which was very appropriate. Feeny inspired many people to become educators themselves.
I remember the boy meats world one.
Mark Greene's death in ER was a huge sucker punch. So was Warrick's on CSI.
John Ritter's death was so hard because we all knew they weren't acting.
Transcental. Helped me make peace with death like no sermon or speech ever did.
Archie Bunker crying over Edith's death always kills me.
I just finished watching Superman and Lois a week ago. The end of that show made me cry more than I have in years. Watching Clark and Lois both die at the end was truly heartbreaking for me.
Not on the list.
Buffy was filled with heartbreaking moments.
Giles finds the body of Ms. Calendar.
Buffy sends Angel to Hell.
Willow and Oz breaking up.
Angel leaving.
Absolute crime not to include the Doctor and Rose saying goodbye on the beach
Mr Hooper 😢 I remember big birds tribute to Jim Hensons death too. 😭
Honorable mention: The Simpsons! Homer's mother dying after finally reuniting will always make me cry.
Sarah Michelle Gellar did such a great job in that episode!
Cried from start to finish.
Marshall‘s dad‘s death is too hard for me to watch. Inadvertently those are the same words and situation of my dad’s death - unexpected heart attack
Happy saturday afternoon, Kirsten, take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well
I always have to skip the Seymour episode of Futurama. It’s an excellent episode, but I just cry too damn hard.
If buffys Mother is not on this list or the commander of mash shot down then the list is incomplete
Buffy’s mother is number 8.
When Fred dies on Angel and asks Wesley, why can’t I stay? I lose it
Colonel Blake’s death and “Goodbye Radar”
Two saddest moments in M.A.S.H.
There’s probably some more but those two would definitely be in top 5
They’re there. Both of them.
@@Boundwithflame23actually for me the saddest moment of mash was in the finally when you realize the chicken was a baby.
Made it all the way to Number 3 and then started crying
The West Wing has two. The death of Mrs. Landingham because it came out of nowhere. The death of Leo McGarry because the actor, John Spencer, died in real life, so the grief of the actors was real.
Honorable mention. Shaw's death in Seven of Nine's arms. ST Picard, Season 3.

this list was created without considering many episodes/shows that were on prior to 2005
also what about The Archie Bunker episode that he deals with Edith's death?
or the Good Times dealing with the father's death?
young sheldon dad dying should of been on the list that was the saddest death
On Six Feet Under, David’s husband gets gunned down in the finale. All the others die of natural causes.
Papouli’a death in Full House and Will’s father leaving on Fresh Prince
Was anyone other than me hoping that a scene from Once Upon a Time would appear on this list?
Oh man! 😭😭😭 Boy Meets World finale always gets me
I was super sad revisiting (or learning about) most of these but I still couldn't re-watch Seymour😢
M*A*S*H: Henry Blake's death; anybody familiar with the show wouldn't make the error of saying "helicopter" rather than plane. This narrator (or the scripter) clearly wasn't familiar with the episode, so it breaks the "shared nostalgia" effect.
Leaves from the vine
Jamie’s death on Six Million Dollar Man traumatized me and so many other gen X kids (I cried myself to sleep and children’s hospital staff complained that the children were devastated) So they had to bring her back to life and create her own show, The Bionic Woman. 😅
If Marshall losing his father from HIMYM and Sweets dying on Bones! Then this list is just wrong!
😢🎉🎉😂❤❤😂

When a previous line or something that happened gets referred to again later, that’s known as a “callback”.

The Last of Us, Frank was found dead in the game.
The only show and episode I saw that was on this list was M*A*S*H
I haven’t watched any of the other shows mentioned 😮
For me there another three!
