building parts are unlocked with recipe pages, which can be found in chests throughout the wholw map, dungeons, bosses etc.

Really i haven’t had a single problem i think its ur phone, u can change the frame rate and graphics in the settings to help with that

I can't either, it always warns that I've reached the limit, but if I try to build walls it works

Did you finally make the roof? Because I make columns for the foundation so it won't fall apart.
