Krusty does not have yellow skin on his head only his arms

It's not really teaching how to draw Krusty. It's just following along, squiggle by curvy line. You wouldn't be able to draw Krusty from any other angle or in any other position. One might find it fun, but i was hoping for a more general how to draw Krusty lesson, but this is more how to copy this one picture.
