how did you open that environment and effects window on 6:56 ??? also 7:02 when i choose environment background the view port only changes to black background and i cant see the video

To allow scripts to write files and communicate over a network, choose Edit > Preferences > General (Windows) or After Effects > Preferences > General (Mac OS), and select the Allow Scripts To Write Files And Access Network option.
i can pay for that i am not cheap guy i am finding some guys who expert in some fields i started post prodcution company so need some help not for big projects but for name. and work

3ds max support avi format. Mpeg

I tried to convert it to avi.
Still imax accepts only video original created as avi format.
What to do
I solved this issue last week by converting my MP4 video into footage "JPG sequence" using aftereffects.
