Look at the mindset and culture behind those coaches and programs… all about hard work and getting 1% better every day, you can pay for talent in todays landscape but you can’t pay for hard work which we have in spades. Colorado will continue to prove your point wrong with their emphasis on brand building and personal success over team success.
