I believe 310 should be better than Isamu though.
310 is a great Venom, but still a category below.
I'm interested in how you measure categories.
While it seems quite obvious to me, it looks like an explanation must be given to you.
Well, first you have to know where the player plays. Some area have a lot stronger scene than other places.
Secondly, the win ratio is very important too.
Both of them play in Mikado if i'm not mistaken, but the win ratio is much higher for Isamu, and from the recent sets he got against Omito and Tomo, he won against the first one and i'm not sure about the other set, but definitely a great show. I don't think 310 is on Omito nor Tomo's level, just yet based on what I have seen and the recent sets between these players.
Raphaël 無駄無駄無駄 i did hear from somewhere that Isamu mainly plays somewhere else than Mikado, along with Tomo. and i have also seen him doing friendly non-arcade sets with Omito. While 310 certainly mostly plays Mikado, since I have seen him against various great players. Also I main Venom and 310's tech impresses me more than Isamu's neutral game (which is undoubtedly impressive in its own right).
He actually was giving Omito a bit of a challenge. Johnny is the best!

Joe Smith That was precisely the word I was looking for to describe Omito. There's just something more to him than with Karinchu. Don't get me wrong, they're both pretty much gods on Johnny, and I've always been the one to pick fancy moves over the correct option/button, but Omito is different. He's simply... a technician.

6 days late but to answer your question Karinchu has better pressure and has the more impressive and diverse set of combos.

For some reasons isamu favors dark angel way more than bro
If you use BRO, sometimes you are vulnerable to DA. With Dark angel, you nullifie the tension and can put some balls to keep the advantage.
