When starting your journey from Leh to Manali by bike or car, the last official petrol pump in Leh is at Karu. After that, heading towards Manali, the next diesel pump is at Zing Zing Bar, followed by another pump in Jispa, Keylong. There is no official petrol pump between Karu and Keylong. However, you may find local shops selling fuel, though they may occasionally run out of stock.

I believe the Zing Zing bar Petrol pump is only for government job purpose. Not for retail. After only a petrol pump in kelong. I got petrol in debring @150/liter.
