Not being mean but use your thumb with your fingers and don't be so hard on the strings.This takes practice to achieve but you are well on your way.I can tell your just starting out.Practice often and when your skin starts to come off your fingers keep hammering that base.It will get easier when you build those calluses up ĥard.Good luck on your journey and take no shit
