The Osmond family, like many families, have suffered the trials and tribulations that life brings to us all. They are embedded in their faith and their unconditional love for each other. The constant support of their family and their religious foundation have blessed them in their endeavors. 🙏❤️🙏

I am glad that in the latter part of this video you commented on their faith and their connection to the LDS faith. I am not a member but I truly respect them, the folks that I know from this community have very strong family values, healthy lifestyles, strong work ethics, and an emphasis on education. I connect this with other faith communities with similar values such as the Jewish community. I often hear outsiders criticize these communities and blaming them for their own shortcomings. Remember that nobody is perfect except God.
This story is so sad. I didn't know about Marie's son. I'm sorry for his loss. I also didn't know about Donny's med. problems. Glad that all has turned out for them. My husband and I met Donny and he signed the back of my husband's shirt. When we got home he took that shirt off and saved it for years. We have no idea where that shirt ended. Lol. We were in our 20's. I'm 65 now.

Marie, it's not your fault for what happened to you. I myself am a victim of s/a. Never blame yourself. I have to remind myself of self blame, and not to fall, but rise above it all, like a Phoenix. The advocates told me this, so I'm passing it on to you. I hope it helps. I knew my attacker. I hope you can reveal who it was that did it to you. Nothing will happen to you or any member of your family. Don't be afraid. That's what the law is there for. Speak out against the people who did that to you. The family fought to stay together and handle all the ups and downs life has brought to them. Marie's great sadness has to do with being raped when she was a 12-13 year old child. And, by an educated guess, that Chips Moman, who was the producer of her Paper Roses album, had raped her. Other women had come forward with the same allegations. Moman twice in interview on TV made an apology regarding these allegations and looked straight into camera to apologize if he had done anything to hurt them. Marie was terrified to tell her brothers as to how they would nor her father. Her mother talked with her privately and long enough for her to say. The brothers had to leave Nashville for other appearances at the time of the rape. Once they knew, the brothers and her father chose country recording artist Sonny James. He was a professed faithful Christian, and he helped her to finish her album. Any others that I personally do not know about through interviews throughout the decades. They've been a remarkable legendary family. I still appreciate their great faith and love. Marie, you are a strong beautiful, virtuous woman. I admire you and appreciate your resilience and faith! Bravo! I'm a 73 great-grandmother so I should know what I'm saying.
Andy Gibb’s death from heart failure was not directly caused by his coke addiction. It may have been a contributing factor, but he had an undetected heart condition most likely caused by a virus.
