So i figured out why, the boss of that stage (the guy with the scary red aura) has a skill which will purge one of our buff everytime we attack him. So when you are throwing your luxite shrapnel on him, even if you are not targetting him as the center, one of your buff will be removed. March command basically gives our characters a buff with the effect of moving again after attacking. I think I got lucky when I used my outlaw assassin, as the buff that is removed on him is another buff and not the march command buff.

I cant move the outlaw assassin again after using the Luxite why do u can? I use march command

was thinking maybe something removes their buff, but no enemies are close enough to do that
