Hi, Brittany. I didn't quite understand why I was drawn to watch a video that was from 11 months ago. When you came to the 3 of Swords and talked about the pain and the healing, it was like a thawing was taking place inside of me, and then I had a sudden "oh shit" moment when the realisation of it all hit me. From July 2023 to July 2024, I was pretty much "switched off" as far as I knew. I pretty much compared it to a computer being reset. The thing is (the thawing moment), when the body is severely injured along with the brain, the person goes into a coma - to put it simply, it's for the body and the brain to heal. This is where the "oh shit" moment came in. My emotions and mind were in desperate need of healing, and ostensibly, my subconscious put me into a "coma". Now I understand why no matter what I did or tried, I actually couldn't care and didn't give a ....

I think sometimes when people resonate with being a light worker, they focus on being in service to others and focus less on their own humble healing journey. They don’t fully integrate all aspects. The ego can easily grasp onto a label that inflates importance.

Divine timing at play for sure - I had been thinking all day " what is all this struggle for?!" - I've been unemployed for over a year and having constant job application rejections, despite the fact my CV is 'good' and I have more than enough experience for the jobs I'm looking at. I needed to hear this today. It all resonated. I even asked my heart today what it needed and it said love. I asked how could I show it love and it said rest. So lying down for breathwork helped as I was in that body freeze mode caused by money issue/programming. I know I am the co-creator of my reality but that programming was really fighting back. I was able to align and ground outside with my favorite 3-in-1 tree. 😊

Omg this is beautiful. I just thought about my houseplants that need a new pot or soil next thing is watching your video. I’ve been down for two weeks. I’m 35 and have issues with my lowerback but nothing like this. Went to my healer/coaching last friday and all of my pain is in the lowest spot in my back (the tail) i’m forst to lay for 95% of the time with 4 kids and a renovation going on. So i have to let go and are trying but it’s a process.
I keep pulling 4 of swords out the whole week. I was like no shit sherlock 🙃
