    I'm enjoying your videos more and more. Very informative.
    I normally sail a 28 foot cruising cat that I built myself. That boat is in Holland where I usually spend my summers, however, I have recently bought a 30-year-old Cornish Shrimper Mk1 out here in Cyprus (where I normally spend my winters). I am loving the Shrimper, but it needs a lot of rigging updates, hence my interest in your channel. Your boat looks very well sorted, and I like your style of story telling.

      Thanks for your comments. I also have had three shrimpers over time and have found them very rewarding, I’m sure you will love it mike

    Wish you could find these in the US. I love them! I am hoping to be able to afford a Bristol Channel Cutter at some point.

    If they skimp by adding "steel " to the ballast it will not bode well in the future .lead is king for my money tho I'm much in love with these vessels I will not ever be able to afford one. Thanks for your honesty and good luck with a beautiful boat.

      I believe lead is king too, but sometimes you just have to go with what is dealt. Mike

    Автору.. Интересно... А где можно посмотреть полную техническую документацию к примеру той же 28 серии данной модели для самостоятельного строительства?

    What make is your wind vane and are you happy with it?

    • @sailingcosiloveit
      @sailingcosiloveit  3 года назад

      It’s a sea feather and yes. All are good I think but not in light airs. Most of the leading makers vanes are good mike

      @@sailingcosiloveit I had a Monitor on my Fast Passage 40 and it was excellent in light air.

      You clearly have more luck than me as I always struggle in light airs especially down wind. Normally give up and go electric

      Get a Monitor next time around.
