Too all my non dj Khaled fans out there who feel this track... check out the rest of the album. Its good. Mark me on this track as becoming an official Khaled fan.
Now that I think about it.. its not that I was never a fan of Khaled it was actually the rappers he was putting on his beats. Didn't feel those rappers. The beats were always on point. But he also used to yell all over the track which I thought was kinda swagger jackin dj kayslay/ dj drama and gangsta grillz
Same man, this track doesn't slap, it blasts

I dnt think even Khaled has any idea how ICONIC this production is.
Khaled has been in the reggae community since the 90s. He didn't get them together accidentally lol. Khaled actually has a scene in Shottas. He's earned his respect.
I get what you mean. But Khaled definitely knws on this one. Even when he went down JA you can see the way he says to Capleton “Fireman” and the way he holds down the culture and blows he’s horn and secure those Capleton Sizzla Buju Killer Dubplates, you could he himself is catching some goosebumps and it’s become a spiritual thing. Something surreal. 🙏🏾🔥🔥
Where's beenie.
@@tinajenkins519 I don't think beanie voice would fit in.
I love the respect Khaled has for Jamaican culture. He's paid homage for some time now, he's in LOVE with Jamaica!
Capalton still moving like he's 25, it's AMAZING!! Bless up Kings 👑

Learn new generation: Levy brings the smooth like fresh air. BuJu, brings the words like a lyrical assassin. Capleton, brings the message like the wrath of God. Bounty, brings the edge of the streets locked & loaded. Khaled, visionary for bringing these masters together. Rastafari, consciousness light the fire. Hotep, Asé.

💯💯💯💯💯
Dj Khaled has been showing love to Jamaican artists since the 90s iykyk
Reggaeton is a direct spanish spinoff of reggae and dancehall rhythmns. Their 3 step drum patterns is evident 💯

I'm still scratching my head. How did he get all of these living legends to agree to a song with him? I play this at every party I host. 🇯🇲
You not alone...
ruclips.net/video/6UmuGV_I7h0/видео.html
I have always believed in brother Sizzla...he would never sell out knowingly. When he would find out, he'd quit.
Sizzla played himself. The plaque he received was from when his first son was born and even was asked to be his godfather. The rumor his people are trying to put out is that the girl from that father of asad album was gay. But if that’s the case why did he appear on albums after?
On top of all that, the real complaint was that his name was small on the plaque he received. Plaques are given when artist have featured on another person’s album with said art work. Plaques are not cheap and this one was gifted because the amount of respect khaled has for not only the culture but sizzla himself. And the man tun round and do that.
To answer your how question, JAZZY T from renaissance sound first brought khaled to Jamaica in the late 90’s early 2000’s. Everyone in Miami knows khaled used to play a full hour of dubs and dancehall on 99 jams here in Miami. So there’s no culture vulture there
Buju and that fucking MELANIN 🥰😍 Capleton came through snatching souls... straight 🔥 All of them did their damn thing. Best song on the Album in my opinion ❤️🇯🇲

DJ Khaled energy on this track is insane! With a little guidance from the video on *my channel* about how artists are blowing up, he is now getting the attention he deserves.
Yo them always think that when Khalid come to Jamaica some people think negative but he is helping the culture to stay alive bro ...most of these music rap,hip hop, reggaeton, and others come from our music alot of people don't know this ..so thank you Khaled for this authentic Master piece..hope the other artists them a yard can learn
Dj khaled been dealing with Jamaica since the 90's most people don't know this, he used to dj events there all the time but kids these days think he just somehow ended up going there recently lol he's BEEN dealing with Jamaica and all the legends dem from long long long time

For real
Yuuuus
He always has been on another level
I've been listening to mostly punk and metal my whole life, but the minute I heard this I knew this was a big fucking deal. Happy to have found these guys and to have such amazing music to explore.
Awesome stuff, I've been listening to this my whole life and now moving into the Latino/ Reggaeton space, not much different other than I don't know the language well. I grew up on dancehall, soca space. I do miss the women that were in the space. Nonetheless, music has is a home for all.
I'm the same way! Mainly metal and punk with some rap thrown in there. Wouldn't have known much about Jamaican music at all if it weren't for my bf being Jamaican and showing me a lot. The music is untouchable 100%. There isn't much music that can keep me moving and interested but the best switch up and the jumps between voices is fucking 🔥 I don't understand too much of the lyrics but the sound delivery is on point. Been a long ass time since I liked a song so much and for it to not even be in my typical genre is eye opening. Jamaica doing their thing!
Can you imagine johnny rotten in a swimmingpool U roy sittimg next to him? I saw the picture once, some punkbands visited jamaica. Punky reggae party, punks and rasta,s reason about babylon, we both against the system
That’s what’s up
Capleton and Buju got that legendary voice

The légends. Respect
DJ Khaled outdid himself on this one.
This is pure reggae royalty.
Jessssuuuuussss Loooord! This is number one! I am speechless!
People dont know but Reggae is actually Khaled's favorite music. 20 years ago Khaled was playing reggae and dancehall in the clubs every single night

Why are the views so lowwwww??? This should have 2 billion by now. This is a straight anthem.
to be honest most music success today is from streaming numbers on Spotify and other platforms this song has done very well
Yeah I agree it should be at least a billi ‼️
Not everyone is a fan of Jamaicans boo
@@BevelleyFariraiDziva you don’t have to like them to see this song is one of the greats. Jamaican culture doesn’t get a fraction of the honor it needs. Most modern songs are either stolen or sampled from Jamaican songs, going back to at least the 60s.
@@benitob2037 ok Benito Mussolini you have made a point good nyt
it's the texture, the cadence play, the octaves, the sailing high of Barrington Levy to the gravely lows of Buju and Capelton to the going between the two of Bounty Killer, it's the stare/glare over top the shades and through your soul, it's the regal throwing of the bows...it's the dance, it's the food, it's the love of their culture. This gave me soooo much life.
How much coke did you just snort?

Well said.

Because I'm not famous like other singers that's why no one see my singing videos. Just see once❤... ..
We are Haitians 🇭🇹 but my daddy is so obsess (has so much respect) with Jamaicans because he says notice in their songs especially the old heads they never throw gang signs or talk about unnecessary shit. It’s always respect and love for each other. ❤️
They used to play Dancehall heavy in Haiti, when Shabba came out we lost our minds, i miss that era so much because although the country had a lot of craziness, that music made it easier.
Low key coming for african Americans why? Dancehall talks a lot about gun violence not just hip hop so what if no gang Sign isn’t being thrower up
@@wisekrown864 wowww you are triggered and just contradicted yourself low key. Who said anything about Af Americans? Guilty conscience much? As another Haitian I understand the original comment because Haitians loved Bob Marley and other reggae artists because it was feel good music. It was about the rhythm and beats, they didn’t exactly understand all the lyrics
@@jeanandre6998 who else throws up gangs signs in their music videos? this is obviously coming for african Americans. And for what? lol and how did I contradict myself? 😂 you can say you like something without throwing shade at other people and that’s what the original commentator did
@@jeanandre6998 "Guilty conscience"
More like common sense, who else does that?
Each time i listen this song Bounty Killer's verse hits different, it is not the normal nursery rhyme mediocre flow, the metaphors, the strong word play and the powerful statements in it, is why i love it. Literature and Language and communication class, allows me to appreciate this!
True true
Dam right about that
On god
And the fact that he stand on everything he saying
Talk truth
Capelton killed it , love it
