I know this was a difficult video to make and I can tell this situation is bothering you. Rightfully so, no one should be treated this way. I get a weekly email or message from my viewers asking why I haven’t reviewed or when my review will come out. I just kindly explain that suddenly I was dropped from the HC&C list with no explanation. The items I have purchased in the support of, I have not and will not review for some of the reasons you mentioned. You are doing the right thing by keeping it real and honest.

I've seen all three videos that you discussed in fact I think it's fair to say that I've seen most of your videos if not all. I have never seen you do a negative review only objective reviews. I do believe that there is a difference none of you reviews have ever felt malicious or mean spirited. Appreciate your candor and honesty Tobin. I was also dropped from reviewing HC&C products with no reasonable expectation other than it was a financial decision. At the time it didn’t make any sense to me and had my viewers also asking me on numerous occasions why I’m no longer sharing my thoughts anymore on future releases. I respect that fact you are always honest and credible with your reviews and your audience absolutely appreciates that honestly. I also have shared and expressed my concerns with past releases particularly with Mogel & Chillen from back in July and August that I was asked not to review Mogel and was never sent the revised Chillen release after the fragrance concerns you and I shared back then. I have also shared the feedback on no skin food in splashes on two separate occasions as well as my honest thoughts with the significant rate increases that I felt would impact the business even though I wasn’t actively reviewing Pete’s products anymore I still wanted to help. I’m sorry you had to experience this. I’m sure it took a lot for you to get to this point. Much respect for sharing.

I have had dozens and dozens of members of the community that appreciated my honest feedback and reviews of your products and many purchases from you based on those reviews. So I was most definitely a contributing factor to your success for a while. You have every right to make your decision of what’s best for your business but apparently you have made some very bad decisions

We definitely have a difference in opinion on fragrances we like, but your ability to give an unbiased review of a product is 2nd to none. You not only review the product, but the whole experience which includes customer service. Being fair isnt always nice, but many artisans have grown as a company theough constructive criticism that reviewers have given. Chris Bailey was rather critical of Stirling's old original soap base, but instead of getting bitter, they got better. Stirling was able to grow, because they were willing to listen to what their customers didn't like about their original soap base, and they found a way to improve upon their products to better meet the customer's needs. I merely use Stirling as an easy example of what good business practices & customer service experience should be like, in my opinion. No review should be sugar coated, because the transparency you have between yourself and whoever is on the other side of that lense is what keeps the trust between you and your audience. People put their trust in you to give an honest opinion of a product they are about to spend their hard earned (already taxed) money on. Of course anyone's opinion is subjective, but you do emphasize that if you arent a fan of a musky, aquatic, earthy, green, ect you may not like this one. The most genuine thing about your videos, is how much research and effort you put it into the scent profile description and how it appeals to you or doesn't is what puts more trust in your audience. Keep doing you. Love you Brother.
I'm speechless, I feel like we've all been taken for a loop. I don't even know what to say... I know what I think, but I don't want to say it. You think you know someone and then BAM! Tobin, I can feel your frustration, and even though us viewers haven't gone through what you have dealt with, just know that we are frustrated too. All I can say is, keep up the great work. Thank you Tobin, this is why we watch your channel and appreciate you so much. I was a big HC&C fan for their dupes. O.H. is my favorite of all scents I've sampled out there. But like you, I will not support a business with poor integrity. If you don't like someone's review, explore ways to improve. A business must have the ability to adapt. Creating a customer experience is a must for success, and reducing quality to save money doesn't do that. I'm heartbroken to hear about this behavior. I have spoke highly about HC&C on many live videos. I was confused as to why those creators never acknowledged them. Maybe I know now. I had thought I had found a company that was as forthright and true as you are, but alas... Thanks again for doing what you do. I can't express my gratitude enough to you for standing on your own two feet and doing what's right, even when challenged. 🙌👏👏

Pete wants people to believe I am the problem, but he has done the same things with Mike and Matthew. Some of it identical, of it slightly different. But one common theme, no respect for the content creator.
Amen! Preach it brother! Honesty and integrity -- those are the types of reviews we need from this community, and we have discussed this a few times already. We need the other content creators in the community to do the same and give honest reviews.
3:00 I've gotten screwed over by a couple artisans too. I didn't say anything publicly. But now I'm wishing I had said something. We have to hold these artisans accountable. And we have to look out for our fellow wet shavers in doing so. Please share everything with us, good experiences, and bad. I'm still pissed off to this day about what happened to me.

Tobin, I must say you've handled this situation very well, especially considering you've been dealing with it since August. I watch your channel because of how genuine you are. An artisan or business should never correct or critique your reviews. You've done the right thing. I've purchased from Hendrix twice. I found his soap base to be average and his splash leaves my skin feeling dry. My second purchase was your collaboration. My wife and I enjoy the fragrance, but not the performance of Pete's products.

I want to know the good, the bad, and the ugly of any product. Keep doing what you are doing. I think the other side of not doing what you are doing will only hurt your viewers and yourself. It is a shame that there are people out there who are not honest with their products. It has become the normal situation unfortunately and perhaps I should get over it. People will figure it out eventually if the product sucks. Keep your head up and continue the great job!
Not sure why I was so interested in this video. Maybe because the idea of forcing someone to sprinkle fake positivity on a review is completely foreign to me. This is a clear case of not seeing the forest for the trees. Keep up your great work Tobin!

This is kind of content I like to see. Honesty in its purest form and no sugar coating BS. I appreciate it even more so because I get the impression this was a difficult video to do. I’ve started to see a couple of people now have trouble with Pete not only reviewers but artisans too. It’s people like you with your honesty that has encouraged me to buy certain soaps and without that honesty you lose your integrity and your viewers in my opinion, so thank you for always being honest. I also watched that video you had up of Pete and maybe I’m a bit slow, well I am lol, but he did a lot of talking without actually saying anything. Personally I’ve never had a bad experience with Pete or his soaps but the way he is dealing with his reviewers and other artisans means I will not support someone like that anymore.

So sorry to hear what you've been going through Tobin! The hobby side of the wet shaving market is very niche to begin with and when the economy is bad, it's a luxury that people can do without. There have been a ton of soap makers that have come and gone over the years and the ones that have stood over time, mainly have started from humble beginnings at farmers markets and craft fairs. I know how I am and if I feel like I'm helping, I'll bend over backwards to help. But if someone tries to tell me what to do or criticize me, that's a non-starter and you won't get anything or worse. There's nothing worse than when you buy a fragrance or soap set and the scent is too weak. You feel like you've wasted your money. I appreciate your honest reviews.
You missed the point of my comment. Shave drama isn't anything new to those of us that have been around for a while, but Chris managed relationships with the artisans much better.
One of the reasons Chris left was because of artisans. It's not my story to tell, but I know why Chris left. It boils down that being a content creator isn't easy, if it was everyone would do it. Creating content and this hobby nearly cost Chris EVERYTHING. This "community" left such a bad taste in his mouth, that I don't see him ever returning. But...he handled it well... So, with all due respect, you're dead wrong. In fact, you couldn't be more wrong.

Your reviews are yours and has your opinion which are 95 percent positive with a few negatives when you have on one. This review style is the best for you and your viewers. Pete has a great base and i love the way ut makes my skin feel. Just like from his post, i stopped or slowed down as their was just too many drops of sets from many artisans and I cant keep up even if I wanted too or could afford it. I have probably close to 160 sets. Keep doing your style of reviews as they are great and I love hearing honest opinions/reviews instead of just postives. Have a great weekend
I know some have mentioned to me they stopped buying from Pete from him using AI pics on the tubs especially the ones that look like famous paintings. It's sad to hear this about Pete as his videos and previous messages he was putting customers first. I was looking forward to Smilez video on this topic as he had a list of artisans that need to be avoided but he left before posting so it's great that you are letting some come out. I say continue with this in your Rambles, Rants and Raves or another series if you want to continue letting us users know what is happening.

Sorry to hear about this Tobin, you're a fantastic content creator & wet shaving product reviewer, probably my fav if I'm being honest. This has me questioning my recent EDP purchase of Opulence Harbinger & Bounty Hunter. I had reached out to Pete asking when more BH edp would be in as i wanted both the OH & BH edp's to try...based off of your reviews. He happened to have found an edp of BH laying around and would hold it for me, sending me a link to buy both the edp's, as I did. I found, and still find both of them to smell VERY similar to each other, and can only really tell a slight difference in the dry down. Now I'm curious if I truly got a "Bounty Hunter" edp, or something of lesser quality or different recipe to sell another bottle out the door...at $40 bucks a wack?! I don’t know and probably never will. Both smell very nice and I like them. Cowboy Up is still one of my favorites. When it comes to integrity and honesty though, that counts BIG time! And you've got that going for you brother! There's a lot of wet shaving soap/scent artisans out there, so you won't have any problems finding products to review. And with the quality of your reviews, I can't imagine you'll have a shortage of products to review. Keep on man, you've got a great fan base supporting you!
Thank you sir! Yeah, they shouldn't smell similar. Some similarities, but very different. Both lean sweet. BH is warmer and sweeter. OH to me is softer, fresher more fragrant. I absolutely love both. Pete has no sense of smell, and I no longer trust him after speaking with a bunch of people this week.. he has pulled some crappy stuff on customers, stuff I wish I knew about sooner. So, it's possible. I'd like to think he wouldn't. Have a good weekend!
I hated the artwork but was going to buy Bounty Hunter until I saw the price and I was a hard NO. Wasn't worth it to me. I only have 2 soaps of his and can't imagine ever buying another again. Same decision as I came to with PAA years ago when there was shenanigans pulled by them. Many give them a lot of screen time but I remember the past. Sorryfor you Tobin as I can feel the anger and frustration andknow this was a hard video to do.
I appreciate the honest reviews and glad you stand your ground for that. I have only had about 3 of his scents and had to give away all but one as the scents were just too strong. I was not aware that that the price was raised but from what you said about the price and the way he treats a honest opinion I to will not be purchasing any more HC products. Honesty is the most important thing. I have loved every scent you have said was a banger, but used your wife and daughters scores to back up the purchase. You can’t get back your integrity you can only lose it or sell it. When you said Buy Buy Buy Buy I thought you were breaking into a Backstreet Boys song.😂
Myself, I don't take anyone's opinion as gospel whether positive or negative, because it's your brush your face your technique your water and your beard. You like the scent? Great! May or may not be for me personally. I don't watch anyone because I need someone to tell me what is good or bad because so much of shaving is just preference. I'd think many are like me so give us your thoughts but don't worry so much about this stuff amigo. Life is short.
After watching this video again and Petes response video along with reading the comments in Tobins video I have the following. Pete what Tobin might have told you about a fragrance when he first gets it was a first impressions but knowing Tobin he likes to wear it for a few days to a week before his full review so with that his opinion of it could change as he gets to know it more. Tobins opionions and reviews are that 'his' but are more honest than most as he gives both positive and negatives. As long as telling us what else out there is kinda like it or if you like this fragrance than this is a go or no go for you. Pete with your comments in Tobins video is hurting you more than helping. Tobin brought up Matthew and you didn't even mention that then in the comments Mike Long Island said the same happened to him and your response back hurts your side more than his. I dont know the whole story but know it will come out or is somewhere between both sides responses. This is a stressful time of year for everyone and I see this wet shaving market on the decline as most things are increasing in prices so we have less to spend in this hobby. Im posting this same response on both videos. Tobin is great for bringing this to the rest of our attentions but its up to each if us to make our decisions on what we spend our money on. I took your advice and I ended it and yes changed my video to private. I will deal directly with Pete from This point on. I’m done, I’m moving on but Pete apparently has been treating content creators like this for years. Many have come forward to me throughout the day that no longer do RUclips that this is the way Pete conducts business. He uses you until you don’t have any benefit to him anymore. So I am done at this point I said what I had to say and im moving on from my dealings with HC&C
Actually, scent strength is a small small part of what I look for in a soap or balm or 'splash'. I am more interested in a good shave and using an effective soap for shaving performance. As having tried maybe up to 12 or so different soaps, they ALL had good scents, and the level of scent strength was just not much interest to me; if the soap worked (and they all did) then it was a good soap, or in a few cases, better than "good".
Exactly, me too! In that review I talked about how it could still be a good thing and that someone could decant it if they wanted to and reapply it or just apply more. Sometimes, less is more😊

Those of those that watch appreciate that honestly. The reason to send products out to people like your self should be to get an honest review and to make adjustments if needed. I’ve always enjoyed Pete’s products but you can’t lower the quality and at the same time raise the price. I’ve made the same suggestion, try offering a smaller size and a lower price, not lower the quality and ask people to pay more. You can’t manipulate content creators and ask them to give a disingenuous review. I wish Pete only the best and hope he gets things figured out. Damn, now I'm regretting my purchase of Nashville Holidays soap, splash and edp and I haven't even received it in the mail yet. Hope it turned out great. I really didn't need to spend that much on myself this time of year but I couldn't resist on the scent.

First, I love your videos! I look forward to them! Based on your reviews, I have purchased many products. You are passionate about your family and wet shaving, and I love that about you!! However, I think you should just have moved on! There have been so many times when I believed I was right, took a stand, and burned bridges. Please take the high road and consider moving on from this. I will continue to watch and look forward to what is next.
I buy most of my soaps based on content from you Ken, Mark or others.. Pete alienating community influencers is not a good decision on his part. Secondly, he’s the one that set the expectations for his products, if he knowingly produces something that falls short of them, that’s on him and no one else.. He is his own worst enemy imo.. Thou Tobin not all fragrance even high end is super potent or long lasting and batch variations are common. My current bottle of virgin island water is a testament to this.
That is not a correct way to speak with a RUclips or any customer for that matter, a customer shares a opinion or a feedback one needs to take it positively and improve.
The fact that he found any negativity in your review of his Lavender soap is absolutely whack! All because you didn’t say it was any better than other companies Lavender soaps, I’m over the moon w/your review of my pre-shave, (which I believe scored the same as Pete’s soap), (so thank you very much, I’m incredibly grateful)! He’s a poser and a toxic bastard, plus a disgrace to real artisans that are making quality products. This is why I list every ingredient (including those responsible for fragrance), I have nothing to hide, I’m proud of my ingredients! Plus, then if any of my customers have any sensitivities to anything, they can immediately spot it and avoid that product, rather than buying it and getting irritated skin before knowing. Also, if anyone ever has any issues with a product they bought from me, please get a hold of me, I will make it right in whatever way it needs to happen, I want all happy, satisfied customers!
Additionally, Tobin, lmk if you ever want to design a scent blend together. I don’t have as many options as artisans w/fragrance oils, but I’d still love and accept the challenge of making something your whole family likes, or any idea you’d have in mind, really, plus I can still make good-smelling stuff using what I have. You're right Robert, I shouldn't have gone there. But it was an 18 minute conversation and I don't edit my videos. During the course of nearly 20 minutes of talking it's not uncommon for us to say things we may later regret. That's the only part of the video I regret. I stand by the rest of it.

We definitely have a difference in opinion on fragrances we like, but your ability to give an unbiased review of a product is 2nd to none. You not only review the product, but the whole experience which includes customer service. Being fair isnt always nice, but many artisans have grown as a company theough constructive criticism that reviewers have given. Chris Bailey was rather critical of Stirling's old original soap base, but instead of getting bitter, they got better. Stirling was able to grow, because they were willing to listen to what their customers didn't like about their original soap base, and they found a way to improve upon their products to better meet the customer's needs. I merely use Stirling as an easy example of what good business practices & customer service experience should be like, in my opinion.
No review should be sugar coated, because the transparency you have between yourself and whoever is on the other side of that lense is what keeps the trust between you and your audience. People put their trust in you to give an honest opinion of a product they are about to spend their hard earned (already taxed) money on. Of course anyone's opinion is subjective, but you do emphasize that if you arent a fan of a musky, aquatic, earthy, green, ect you may not like this one. The most genuine thing about your videos, is how much research and effort you put it into the scent profile description and how it appeals to you or doesn't is what puts more trust in your audience. Keep doing you. Love you Brother.

Thank you Tobin, this is why we watch your channel and appreciate you so much. I was a big HC&C fan for their dupes. O.H. is my favorite of all scents I've sampled out there. But like you, I will not support a business with poor integrity. If you don't like someone's review, explore ways to improve. A business must have the ability to adapt. Creating a customer experience is a must for success, and reducing quality to save money doesn't do that. I'm heartbroken to hear about this behavior. I have spoke highly about HC&C on many live videos. I was confused as to why those creators never acknowledged them. Maybe I know now. I had thought I had found a company that was as forthright and true as you are, but alas...

3:00 I've gotten screwed over by a couple artisans too. I didn't say anything publicly. But now I'm wishing I had said something. We have to hold these artisans accountable. I watch your channel because of how genuine you are. An artisan or business should never correct or critique your reviews. You've done the right thing.
I've purchased from Hendrix twice. I found his soap base to be average and his splash leaves my skin feeling dry. My second purchase was your collaboration. My wife and I enjoy the fragrance, but not the performance of Pete's products.

I want to know the good, the bad, and the ugly of any product. Keep doing what you are doing. I think the other side of not doing what you are doing will only hurt your viewers and yourself. It is a shame that there are people out there who are not honest with their products. It has become the normal situation unfortunately and perhaps I should get over it. People will figure it out eventually if the product sucks. Keep your head up and continue the great job!

We all know running a business is a game of risks. Sometimes there are successes and sometimes there are failures. Business owners need to be agile in changing to stay relevant in the market. Pete's success or failure is all on his shoulders, not on any content creators. If Pete is not willing to accept constructive criticism and use it to make his business better, then shame on him.

This is kind of content I like to see. Honesty in its purest form and no sugar coating BS. I appreciate it even more so because I get the impression this was a difficult video to do. I’ve started to see a couple of people now have trouble with Pete not only reviewers but artisans too. It’s people like you with your honesty that has encouraged me to buy certain soaps and without that honesty you lose your integrity and your viewers in my opinion, so thank you for always being honest. I also watched that video you had up of Pete and maybe I’m a bit slow, well I am lol, but he did a lot of talking without actually saying anything. Personally I’ve never had a bad experience with Pete or his soaps but the way he is dealing with his reviewers and other artisans means I will not support someone like that anymore.

So sorry to hear what you've been going through Tobin! The hobby side of the wet shaving market is very niche to begin with and when the economy is bad, it's a luxury that people can do without. There have been a ton of soap makers that have come and gone over the years and the ones that have stood over time, mainly have started from humble beginnings at farmers markets and craft fairs. I know how I am and if I feel like I'm helping, I'll bend over backwards to help. But if someone tries to tell me what to do or criticize me, that's a non-starter and you won't get anything or worse. You missed the point of my comment. Shave drama isn't anything new to those of us that have been around for a while, but Chris managed relationships with the artisans much better.
One of the reasons Chris left was because of artisans. It's not my story to tell, but I know why Chris left.
It boils down that being a content creator isn't easy, if it was everyone would do it.
Creating content and this hobby nearly cost Chris EVERYTHING.
This "community" left such a bad taste in his mouth, that I don't see him ever returning.

Your reviews are yours and has your opinion which are 95 percent positive with a few negatives when you have on one. This review style is the best for you and your viewers. Pete has a great base and i love the way ut makes my skin feel. Just like from his post, i stopped or slowed down as their was just too many drops of sets from many artisans and I cant keep up even if I wanted too or could afford it. I have probably close to 160 sets. Keep doing your style of reviews as they are great and I love hearing honest opinions/reviews instead of just postives. Have a great weekend
I know some have mentioned to me they stopped buying from Pete from him using AI pics on the tubs especially the ones that look like famous paintings. It's sad to hear this about Pete as his videos and previous messages he was putting customers first. I was looking forward to Smilez video on this topic as he had a list of artisans that need to be avoided but he left before posting so it's great that you are letting some come out. I say continue with this in your Rambles, Rants and Raves or another series if you want to continue letting us users know what is happening.

Sorry to hear about this Tobin, you're a fantastic content creator & wet shaving product reviewer, probably my fav if I'm being honest. This has me questioning my recent EDP purchase of Opulence Harbinger & Bounty Hunter. I had reached out to Pete asking when more BH edp would be in as i wanted both the OH & BH edp's to try...based off of your reviews. He happened to have found an edp of BH laying around and would hold it for me, sending me a link to buy both the edp's, as I did. I found, and still find both of them to smell VERY similar to each other, and can only really tell a slight difference in the dry down. Now I'm curious if I truly got a "Bounty Hunter" edp, or something of lesser quality or different recipe to sell another bottle out the door...at $40 bucks a wack?! I don’t know and probably never will. Both smell very nice and I like them. Cowboy Up is still one of my favorites. When it comes to integrity and honesty though, that counts BIG time! And you've got that going for you brother! There's a lot of wet shaving soap/scent artisans out there, so you won't have any problems finding products to review. And with the quality of your reviews, I can't imagine you'll have a shortage of products to review. Keep on man, you've got a great fan base supporting you!

Yeah, they shouldn't smell similar.
Some similarities, but very different. Both lean sweet. BH is warmer and sweeter. OH to me is softer, fresher more fragrant.
I absolutely love both.
Pete has no sense of smell, and I no longer trust him after speaking with a bunch of people this week.. he has pulled some crappy stuff on customers, stuff I wish I knew about sooner.
So, it's possible. I'd like to think he wouldn't.

I hated the artwork but was going to buy Bounty Hunter until I saw the price and I was a hard NO. Wasn't worth it to me. I only have 2 soaps of his and can't imagine ever buying another again. Same decision as I came to with PAA years ago when there was shenanigans pulled by them. Many give them a lot of screen time but I remember the past. Sorryfor you Tobin as I can feel the anger and frustration andknow this was a hard video to do.

I was not aware that that the price was raised but from what you said about the price and the way he treats a honest opinion I to will not be purchasing any more HC products. Honesty is the most important thing. I have loved every scent you have said was a banger, but used your wife and daughters scores to back up the purchase. Myself, I don't take anyone's opinion as gospel whether positive or negative, because it's your brush your face your technique your water and your beard. You like the scent? Great! May or may not be for me personally. I don't watch anyone because I need someone to tell me what is good or bad because so much of shaving is just preference. I'd think many are like me so give us your thoughts but don't worry so much about this stuff amigo. Life is short.

After watching this video again and Petes response video along with reading the comments in Tobins video I have the following. Pete what Tobin might have told you about a fragrance when he first gets it was a first impressions but knowing Tobin he likes to wear it for a few days to a week before his full review so with that his opinion of it could change as he gets to know it more. Tobins opionions and reviews are that 'his' but are more honest than most as he gives both positive and negatives. As long as telling us what else out there is kinda like it or if you like this fragrance than this is a go or no go for you. Pete with your comments in Tobins video is hurting you more than helping. Tobin brought up Matthew and you didn't even mention that then in the comments Mike Long Island said the same happened to him and your response back hurts your side more than his. I dont know the whole story but know it will come out or is somewhere between both sides responses. This is a stressful time of year for everyone and I see this wet shaving market on the decline as most things are increasing in prices so we have less to spend in this hobby. Im posting this same response on both videos. Tobin is great for bringing this to the rest of our attentions but its up to each if us to make our decisions on what we spend our money on. This point on. I’m done, I’m moving on but Pete apparently has been treating content creators like this for years. Many have come forward to me throughout the day that no longer do RUclips that this is the way Pete conducts business. He uses you until you don’t have any benefit to him anymore. So I am done at this point I said what I had to say and im moving on from my dealings with HC&C

Actually, scent strength is a small small part of what I look for in a soap or balm or 'splash'. I am more interested in a good shave and using an effective soap for shaving performance. As having tried maybe up to 12 or so different soaps, they ALL had good scents, and the level of scent strength was just not much interest to me; if the soap worked (and they all did) then it was a good soap, or in a few cases, better than "good".
Exactly, me too! In that review I talked about how it could still be a good thing and that someone could decant it if they wanted to and reapply it or just apply more.

I’m so sorry you’ve had a bad experience, that being said, this is your channel and your opinions, which are always honest and have never felt malicious. Those of those that watch appreciate that honestly. The reason to send products out to people like your self should be to get an honest review and to make adjustments if needed. I’ve always enjoyed Pete’s products but you can’t lower the quality and at the same time raise the price. I’ve made the same suggestion, try offering a smaller size and a lower price, not lower the quality and ask people to pay more. You can’t manipulate content creators and ask them to give a disingenuous review. I wish Pete only the best and hope he gets things figured out. I buy most of my soaps based on content from you Ken, Mark or others.. Pete alienating community influencers is not a good decision on his part. Secondly, he’s the one that set the expectations for his products, if he knowingly produces something that falls short of them, that’s on him and no one else.. He is his own worst enemy imo.. Thou Tobin not all fragrance even high end is super potent or long lasting and batch variations are common. My current bottle of virgin island water is a testament to this.

All because you didn’t say it was any better than other companies Lavender soaps, I’m over the moon w/your review of my pre-shave, (which I believe scored the same as Pete’s soap), (so thank you very much, I’m incredibly grateful)!
He’s a poser and a toxic bastard, plus a disgrace to real artisans that are making quality products.
This is why I list every ingredient (including those responsible for fragrance), I have nothing to hide, I’m proud of my ingredients!
Plus, then if any of my customers have any sensitivities to anything, they can immediately spot it and avoid that product, rather than buying it and getting irritated skin before knowing.
Also, if anyone ever has any issues with a product they bought from me, please get a hold of me, I will make it right in whatever way it needs to happen, I want all happy, satisfied customers!
Additionally, Tobin, lmk if you ever want to design a scent blend together.
I don’t have as many options as artisans w/fragrance oils, but I’d still love and accept the challenge of making something your whole family likes, or any idea you’d have in mind, really, plus I can still make good-smelling stuff using what I have.

You're right Robert, I shouldn't have gone there. But it was an 18 minute conversation and I don't edit my videos. During the course of nearly 20 minutes of talking it's not uncommon for us to say things we may later regret.
