It took me a while to master the diagonal half hitch knot so I practised on some scrap cord until I got the hang of the patterning. Once I got the idea I loved making it. It looks so effective with some lights curled around inside. Thank you for the tutorial!
Thank you for your kind words! I'm delighted to hear that you find them wonderful. If you have any questions or if there's anything specific you'd like to see in future projects, feel free to let me know. Your support means a lot!

Just finished this project and it was difficult. Took me a week to make it but it looks amazing! I extended the diamond pattern by two more to make the hanger longer cause the single ply cotton thread I was using tied a bit tighter.
I’d save some cord, by using a wooden ring. In my opinion, it’s such a waste to make a loop with ropes, when you have other rings etc… Ropes became expensive..
@@tuttim83 yeah, when I started macrame I was surprised at the price of cord. Shipping isn't cheap either. I guess people like the aesthetic look of this knot, but you could definitely use a different style.
Ciao,mi piacerebbe realizzare il tuo progetto, ho solo corda di 3 mm, mi dici per favore come regolarmi con le misure delle corde? Grazie per le tue condivisioni ☺️
This is absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you so much for sharing your great video you provided every possibly info that was needed. Only prob you didn't say what plant to put in here!!LOL😊 Just gorgeous can't wait to make it. Please, please keep them coming!
I am a rookie. I cannot tell what you are doing at 6:45 or so to hook the bottom point of the diamond together. I really wish RUclips had a SLOW MODE! THIS IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL, though.
Why did this change from meters when measuring out yarn to inches doing the thing? The numbers don't even match n I have just wasted a whole reel of yarn 😡 hope someone reads this before they try... Absolutely RUBBISH

It says for beginners... I am a beginner and cannot figure it out. Took it apart and found an easier one.

It’s gorgeous of course 🥰👌🏼
But economy financially in my case… wooden ring would be it😜😆🤭
@@corashields9007I’m a beginner too finding it so difficult but I’m surrounded in the cut cords so I’m going to give it a bit longer😅

Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you liked it.
At3:34 you say to add a cord 169 inches but which of the cords you listed at beginning of the video is it?
Sería buenísimo traducir al español. Pero es divino ❤
Thank you, I will try to do more languages in the next videos
This was very difficult to follow, but your work is beautiful.

Never seen larkshead knot done that way very difficult to follow if you have never done them before I would not have been able to follow
Maybe start with beginners level tutorials.
After a while it starts to be so easy that you do it in your sleep 😉
Good luck!
What does 4m3 mean. Thank you
That is 430cm
Olá não estou conseguindo ver o tamanho dos cordões, passa muito depressa. Tem como me ajudar?

Just wondering if someone can help
@@TracyTaylor-zb9ux the 169" is the 8 x 430cm cords. You use 1 at each side of the 4 legs....
